The wings weren’t amazing, but the place was clean and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a good value for the money.
We had a short wait to be seated. When we were finally seated they put us in a corner booth next to a large family with small children. They let the children run around yelling, but they were finished eating so we thought they would be leaving soon. We waited at least 15 minutes before our server, Jenny, came to the table to greet us. She apologized for the delay and said she would take our food order with our drink order so we didn’t have to wait longer. She also asked...read full review
Great sports bar atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean. The jukebox is fun as well. Food was pretty good, a little spendy. With tip, total for three of us was around $70. Nothing special was ordered. My favorite part was being able to pay through the table computer. Not sure what the correct name is. Buffalo Wild Wings offers a varied dining experience. The restaurant is known for its generously-sized burgers, although some customers find the pickles on the bottom may not suit their taste. The bar area provides good food, but the service quality can depend on the staff's attention. Parking is convenient with plenty of spots. Customers have praised the friendly staff, healthy portions, and the happy hour deals. The restaurant can get busy during big games or food specials. While the options are better than typical greasy bar food, it may not be considered the healthiest choice. The manager's mood and treatment of the waitstaff have been noted by some customers, affecting the overall service experience. Despite these occasional service issues, the restaurant generally receives positive reviews for its atmosphere and staff's helpfulness in addressing any concerns.
Recent reviews highlight positive experiences such as a group holding a Fantasy Football Draft with the help of a manager who provided a draft kit and a championship ring, making the event special. Customers appreciated the excellent service from staff members like Shyanne and Delaney, who kept their cups full and provided great service despite the overall negative attitude of the manager. However, some customers noted that the chicken is dry and flavorless without sauce, with small sauce portions. The chairs are uncomfortable, with untapered edges that cut into legs, and the noise level is high due to many screens, making conversation difficult. Nonetheless, wait staff are described as hardworking and accommodating, and the atmosphere remains lively and friendly.
