There were three women working this morning and they were so incredibly slow. There was a huge long line and one person was taking one order at a time then two of them would slowly make drinks while the third employee was standing off to the side dating sandwiches. She never attempted to step in to help when she could clearly see they are swamped from a rush. The worst customer service. I felt like an inconvenience to the workers. I witnessed these employees make one customers drink wrong. Both of the drinks in my order were made wrong. Both incredibly watered down. My peppermint white mocha tasted like warm milk. I'm not sure she even put coffee in it. I will never return and urge others to not buy drinks here. This was an absolutely embarrassing Starbucks experience.

Employee yells at customers! I dont think she likes her job very much! Very unprofessional I don't understand who in the right mind hire these people? I'm a business owner myself and I known I would not tolerate this kind of behavior. Never going to this Starbucks again.

One of the employees yelled at me this morning! I really think she was demon possessed. While waiting to order my coffee, 2 women employees were trying to look busy while ignoring customers in front of them. After about 5 min, I said to one of them “excuse me, can someone help me, you have a customer in front of you yet I am not being acknowledged at all”… one employee started yelling at me saying “ok bye” and waiving at me to go away. I told her to get her manager and stop yelling at me and that she should not be working with the public. The manager showed up and told this employee to go ahead and take her break and she yelled at the manager as well. Worst experience ever!!! Will not be back again.

Pissed off barista took a long break and made my coffee drink when she got back. Why? About 10 customers after me were served and left. Sour look on her face before and after the break. Obviously did not want to be there making coffee drinks. If you're having a bad day just stay home. Nobody needs that. Cashier who took my order was nice and others seemed in an ok mood.

This is our go to Starbucks... especially when we are in Fred Meyer shopping. I came in here really quick and asked for my order. The barista was so friendly and she knew exactly what to do to do to make my ice mocha perfect!

Didn't even finish asking for my drink when big dude inturpted & said they discontinued it... all I said was "grande ice coffee, 2 pumps..." & he had a little attitude. Went to the Starbucks 20 Seconds away and boom, i Got the drink I've gotten dozens of times. Fred Meyers Starbucks sucks tbh
