Ordered a bag of burgers with cheese and all of them turned out cold and cheese wasn't even melted, disappointed how the quality has gone down wont be coming back after this last experience.

I came to Artic Circle with my mom because it is our favorite fast restaurant and the only one of 2 in Oregon. The girl taking our order and servicing us at the window was absolutely disrespectful. She cut us off mid sentences and snatched the card reader from our hands. She needs to find a new job! A customer service job isn’t for her. Extremely poor service, and terrible attitude. This happened at 11:59 am 12/15/2025.

I ordered 2 of the special combo meals. Burger Fry's and drink. Get to the window pay and wait. Gal comes to the window with a milkshake....puzzled I tell her oh no it's not mine, it looked good but I couldn't take it. She then proceeds to insist then I take the milkshake because it had already been paid for. So I took it and licked all the whipped cream off the tops of it. She then comes back to the window and says um I'm going need that back, after all. i even offerrd to purchase it, but she took it back

if I could write this place Zero stars I would. Whoever worked and took my order today Aug 20th around 9:35pm must hate her damn job. She was rude and made my first experience there awful to the point I wouldn’t want to come back because of her! The food was hard and she had the worst attitude ever as I was still being polite to her. We ordered a hotdog and she gave us a rock hard hotdog I almost wanted to throw it at her face like is this a joke?? She dumped all our food in one bag she might as well not have put paper plates if she tossed everything inside. Worst person ever to attend me. Will not be going back and someone needs to fire her!
