Food was decent, yet i ordered fish and chips that came with no bev, when I asked to put a drink on my combo that they did for 2.00 extra I got charged 3.25. Just kinda sucks when a worker isn't trying to save me money. I visit from outta state and don't know if I'll be back.

I had a burger there today (Oct, 2024) it was reminiscent of a middle school cafeteria burger. There were almost no redeeming qualities. The bun was somewhat stale, the lettuce was on the verge, the sauce was almost nonexistent and the meat was unidentifiable. Idk what parts the meat was made from but it was airy, over processed and not good. The color of the meat was a weird light gray. There was a smell emanating from the bag with my burger in it that was chemical smelling and very off-putting.
The milkshake was good, it was a small milkshake with one flavor that was almost $7.00, so there's that.
The service was fine, I'm not one to expect big greetings and conversation. They're busy, I have places to be, so a 'thank you' or 'have a nice day's is more than sufficient. They did seem to be oddly busy with nobody in the lobby or the drive thru line but it's to be expected with as little as people are paid to even be there.
I really wanted to like it! I have childhood memories of Arctic Circle and there aren't many of them left in my area, but sadly this is just not it. I won't eat at most other fast food places because of the non existent quality in the food and poor policy but sadly this is another one off my list.

Love going to Arctic circle for the memories it holds from my childhood as well as the food. Yes its fast food but it's always made fresh so it's nice and hot and they have lots of opinions so I don't always get the same thing. Also the ice-cream for dessert is always a plus!

If there was an option for zero stars, I would give that. We waited a long while for our food. People who came in after us were served way before. They missed items in our order, I went to the counter to inform them, they asked me twice at the counter what was missing. Then one employee came out to ask us again what was missing. It was a ranch combo nothing special. The guy in front of us was still waiting for his food after all of our items were delivered. After asking twice and the employee saying it takes chicken awhile (he ordered a burger) he asked for a refund and threw his receipt on the floor, the employee came out said that's rude and cussed in front of everyone in the dining area. It sounded like no one in the restaurant got their order correct the first time. So sad! We drove an hour to go.

I Love the Hand Dipped Shakes, but they're really Small for the price. If I'm paying over $4 for a shake, it better be more than 20oz! I can buy a Quart of ice cream for less than that. And these shakes were only 10 oz!

The desert was good. Food was ok. Regular fast food stuff nothing bad, nothing spectacular. The girls working out front were very nice, polite and quick. However as we were eating I noticed what was either mold or dust on the ceiling and signs of water damage. Highly concerning. Either way if it was dust or mold it's not healthy for employees or patrons.
Best shakes ever. Better than Dqueen
We've tried oreo, Nutella, strawberry cheesecake, with banana and cashews mix ins. they're really good.!
