The people were super nice and the food was fast! Burger was 5/10 the fries were 10/10. Definitely a decent place to eat when on the run. Not bad

I ordered 2 of the special combo meals. Burger Fry's and drink. Get to the window pay and wait. Gal comes to the window with a milkshake....puzzled I tell her oh no it's not mine, it looked good but I couldn't take it. She then proceeds to insist then I take the milkshake because it had already been paid for. So I took it and licked all the whipped cream off the tops of it. She then comes back to the window and says um I'm going need that back, after all. i even offerrd to purchase it, but she took it back

if I could write this place Zero stars I would. Whoever worked and took my order today Aug 20th around 9:35pm must hate her damn job. She was rude and made my first experience there awful to the point I wouldn’t want to come back because of her! The food was hard and she had the worst attitude ever as I was still being polite to her. We ordered a hotdog and she gave us a rock hard hotdog I almost wanted to throw it at her face like is this a joke?? She dumped all our food in one bag she might as well not have put paper plates if she tossed everything inside. Worst person ever to attend me. Will not be going back and someone needs to fire her!

I always come here for a soft serve chocolate ice cream cone. Brings back memories of riding the bus out to the Portland location that is not there anymore.
Went through the drive through and asked if I could get a twist (chocolate and vanilla) in a cup, with brownie toppings. She must not have heard me, because she asked me to repeat myself - so I did, and she said they couldn’t do that, and they would have to charge me a sundae for that. I said, “okay, so can I just be charged for a sundae, and get exactly what I asked for?” She then says, “So you want a twist, in a cone, in a cup, with brownies?” - to which I said, “no, I want (a twist) in a cup with brownie toppings, nothing else.” And she goes.. “that’s a sundae?”, and I said (very confused at this point), “okay, so can I please be charged for a sundae, and just get the twist with brownie toppings?” THEN she says, VERY condescendingly, “Ma’am that IS a sundae - a sundae is the ice cream of your choice, in a cup, with the topping of your choice!” At this point I just decided I didn’t want anything they had to offer, because she clearly didn’t want to admit she misunderstood my first question. If I described EXACTLY what a sundae is when I asked for what I initially wanted, and then you say you *cannot* do that, don’t be upset with me for being confused when you tell me that I’m describing a sundae in a condescending voice. ADMIT that you misunderstood what I asked for in the first place, and say “of course we can make you that ma’am, what you are wanting is exactly how we make our sundaes!” Then you would have someone that happily wants what you have to offer, and doesn’t leave because of your attitude.
