Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong, I had to go back and let the worker know and instead of apologizing and fixing my order he started arguing with me. He needed up remaking my order just to give me the wrong order again 😫🤦🏻♀️

It’s wild how every time I come through they don’t offer the things on the menu that I’m attempting to order and they seem to constantly be cleaning the shake machine so they’re never available.

As of 9/13/24 around 1:30 pm, my experience here was disgusting.
Today I went to order food with my mother at this burger King. We ordered a bacon whopper, 3 large fries and a Royal crispy sandwich. We couldn't see our order on the screen, the lady was snappy and rude to my mother when she wanted to clarify she didn't want Mayo on her sandwich. Once we got our food, they made a mistake so I went in letting them know I didn't get what I asked for only for the lady to be rude, snappy to me like I was at fault for her mistake when I clearly ordered a Royal crispy sandwich and not a wrap. Eventually after she ignored me and walked away from me, I got the wrap replaced only to find I got a COLD SANDWICH!!! They gave me a cold sandwich on purpose!!! Because we were in a rush I didn't want to bother with trying to fix this AGAIN and make us late to where we needed to go.

Terrible service!!!! I did an online order and even asked “are all 4 burgers in here?” And was told yes. I get home…. Only 3. I go back to the restaurant and they asked me “where is the order?” I said “at home because my family is eating and I am here because you forgot a burger.” They told me they needed to see the order. I said “why? It’s at home and I came back here because you got it wrong.” Then Flacco tells me to not raise my voice. I said “can I get the burger?” And he said “next time bring the order back.” Hello!!! Get it right the first time!!!!! Terrible service and absolutely rude. Even worse… the sandwich was in the warmer and no one in the store or drive through. So it was clearly mine you forgot to put in the bag. Get the order right instead of being rude to customers when you get it wrong.

No bathroom access without purchase. Asked for dine in, got to go order, manager charged for meal but i only got my sandwich, gave code for bathroom that didn't work. Left hungry and had to go elswhere for the bathroom.

Was gonna give 5 stars because they actually gave me 4 ranch without charging me but then I got my food and saw it wasn’t what I ordered. Wanted 2 double sausage croissants instead got 2 bacon and sausage croissants. Cashier was pleasant just wish fast food would start getting orders correct

Woodburn, what more can I say. Low IQ employees every where! Stopped by because I wanted something quick and haven't been there in several years. Their mental capacity is only one order at a time. No more than that and they get confused. Went to the drive thru and ordered a whopper and onion rings with onion ring sauce. Got home and I end up with ketchup and salsa. "Pay me 20 an hour because I deserve it!" Umm...you can't even get a simple order right! Onion rings were good as well as the whopper. Would have been better if I got onion ring sauce. Only thing going for you low IQ zombies are the onion rings.

The soda from the soda machine was warm and not even temperature. When asked about it I was offered little small pebbles off ice from a small ice machine sitting next to the register. Come on really? Never coming back.
