When I placed my order, the website said to look for my order on the pickup rack. I went in, saw the pickup rack empty, and that it was busy tonight. I waited patienty for 15 minutes. Turns out, they had made my order a long time ago, and never set it on the rack.

Hands down some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I tried being friendly and asking “Brian” about his day and if they’re busy and he talked under his breath and looked angry. He also did half a scoop for all of my food. He doesn’t even look like he likes his job. Hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Will not be back becuase of him.

I've waited 40 minutes to order my food because only 2 workers worked in the restaurant. One was working on the prep and the other on the online orders. The one prepping the food paid no attention to the customer line whatsoever, even though all the food was stocked. And the one working on the online orders took his sweet, sweet time making them, in hopes the line would shorten up if he dragged on the time longer. I am highly dissatisfied with how the service went.

I ordered online (3:12pm)and placed my order for 1 chicken burrito to be picked up at 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:30 and nothing. I was patient and waited until 3:45 before asking and I was ignored completely. Finally I went through the line got to the counter and asked if they could make me a burrito that I ordered online over an hour ago. I showed the receipt on my phone and was finally given my lunch, now dinner. Horrible experience.

Today I was at this place and the person whose name was the one who attended me gave me very bad service. I do not recommend this place. There is too much disorder and very bad service, especially the employee whose name was the one who attended me was very rude. This staff needs better training. They refused to give me the employee's name, but it was today, Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 2:45 p.m.

I’m not trying to complain but chipotle can’t seem to put enough chicken in any of their entrees. Maybe 1 chicken wings worth of meat. You’ve been warned. Gonna spend my money somewhere else. Crazy how they have a tip option for a $15 vegan bowl.

I ordered online so that I can just pick up and go but no, I had to Waite till everyone’s else order that was in line was taken care of and then my order was being to be prepared. They take so long and just for a burrito ??? Last time I’ll be comming here. Why order online if you still have to wait for your food to be made, if that was the case might as well just go in a place an order like everyone else.
