Stopped in here after shopping thinking we would grab a quick lunch. Ordered a salad and a bowl. Staff Unfriendly and seemed annoyed that they had customers.Got to the checkout and asked for the salad dressing for the salad, was told they don’t have any so I asked for some sour cream since there was salad dressing… That seemed to be annoying to him. Staff seemed to not want to be there, no hello, can I help you…, nothing.Was out of service So everyone was waiting to use one.There were no forks or utensils available, so I went to the counter and asked for a couple of forks only to be told that they don’t have any. We were supposed to The response was a shrugging of the shoulders.Fortunately, Jack-in-the-Box was close and was more than accommodating to provide us with a fork.When we were finally able to eat our meals, we ended up throwing out about half of each one because the meat was so And gross!! We love that next to our house. This one is a dud!This place really needs management That knows how to inventory in order, there’s no excuse to be out of forks, salad dressing, and other basic items to eat your meal. In addition, management should be guiding staff to let customers know that there are no utensils Prior to that would require use of utensils to eat.Would highly suggest skipping this chipotle location.

Just a PSA no one wants bean water in their meal. You aren’t busy take the time to strain the gross water out of the beans before you put them in a bowl. It’s so sad to see people do this poorly if a job at a company that isn’t really asking much. If I wanted bean soup I’d order bean soup. Your failing bad chipotle check your staff or keep receiving 1 star reviews

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle! Usually if I know I'm going to be driving by a location near Chipotle around lunch or dinner time I will place an order for pickup. I always get a chicken burrito bowl. I love almost all the toppings. I pretty much get everything EXCEPT sour cream because I am severely lactose intolerant to anything that is not a hard cheese which will make me violently ill. I placed my order on the app very easily, received a notification that my order was ready early, and went in to pickup my order. From what I could tell employees were friendly and fast. The issue came when I got home and started to eat my burrito bowl. The employee who made my bowl must have just seen that I wanted pretty much all the toppings and put ALL the toppings, including sour cream. Unfortunately this led to me being unable to eat the majority of the bowl that I paid around $15 for. The employees need to make sure that they take care and actually pay attention to their mobile orders! Although I love Chipotle, if I can't trust that I can place a mobile order and pickup the correct order, I will stop going to Chipotle as I don't usually want to go and wait in line for them to make my order.

Absolutely horrendous in there EACH time I pop in. Always out of main key ingredients, utensils, and refreshments. The inside is always a mess, leftover food sitting out, food bar is always covered in food. Not to mention the staff is incredibly inconsiderate, keeping in mind they're probably all in high school, their lack of customer service let alone cleanness of the restaurant should be inexcusable.

I read a few of the other comments and we had a completely different experience than most of the reviews. The service was ok/just above your normal fast food customer service. They were nice and friendly, but definitely trying to work the line of hungry customers as quickly as then could. And the food was like any Chipotle Mexican Grill, amazingly delicious! The burrito bowls are a go-to! And the Carnitas and Steak were tasty as always. I'd eat here again before a day of shopping!

Location was out of chips. Instead of making pico de gallo, staff took shortcuts and just had diced tomatoes as an option.It was like going to a restaurant where teenagers just made whatever they wanted to, and also forgot to order product.Whoever manages this place needs support.

Super disrespectful and disgusting, lost my appetite and will never go back. I feel like it was noticed and not acted upon out of laziness. These guys should be shut down the quality of food here is never good. Skip out on this location and save your money.

Not enough workers to meet the demand of people ordering. Always a line. Always dirty. There is always no room to sit. Chips are OUT sometimes. Their app doesn't work. They don't apologize either. It's just not worth it. The Premium Outlets are too big to meet the deman of people, you will wait and wait and get soggy, cold food--with added attitude from workers. Don't spend your money here. Literally soggy and wet, inedible food, view picture for reference. Disgusting.

Hands down the worst service I've ever had. The bearded man who made my bowl was probably the rudest worker I've ever met. He was trying to get me to order like he's my boss, and to make matters worse, he just straight skimmed out on everything. He had less than the spoonful with everything, so apart from that, when I asked for a cup for water, he made me clarify if it was for water or for soda. 1/5, would not recommend. I don't remember, but I think his name might have been Bryan, so if your reading this, I know for a fact you aren't gonna last with that terrible service.
