Watched workers touching the dough with bare hands. Also when while ordering food I asked for a cup of water and I got an irritated “ we only seen bottled water” . I didn’t know that was legal.

Despite seeing several negative reviews, my wife and I had a fantastic experience at this Cinnabon location. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing, yet the staff welcomed us warmly and served us with a smile.My wife always orders the Oreo Chillata and a churro, both of which were delicious. The Oreo Chiller was perfectly blended and creamy, while the churro was fresh and delightfully crispy with a soft inside. As for me, I can't resist the classic roll. It was exactly what I hoped for – an ooey gooey roll of sweet cinnamon deliciousness that hit the spot.The staff's friendliness and the quality of the treats made our visit memorable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you're at the Woodburn Outlets!

My visit on Saturday March 30th 2024 was not a great experience. I was purchasing Cinnabon for Easter guests. After being informed the Cinnabon I wanted I'd have to wait more than an hour for, I said "no thank you" and started to leave. I was stopped and informed there were mid size Cinnabon available to which I did purchase. I asked if additional frosting was included and was told no, thus I purchased one additional frosting. One 6 pack of medium buns, 2 large buns, and a frosting cost me $30. When I looked in the bag, I had 4 frostings and one of my large buns were not present. The staff wanted to argue with me about it, very unprofessional considering I never even left the store.....the proof was right there in the bag. I did finally receive my large bun and informed them I only ordered 1 additional frosting which I paid for and was told the others come with....I wouldn't have bought a frosting if my original question had been answered correctly.Easter Sunday comes and the buns I purchased the afternoon before were ALL raw dough in the center. Only the 2 outer rings were cooked on the mediums and the larger buns were raw dough once you got to the 3rd inner ring.....raw and inedible, very disappointing considering the cost and hassle I went through to get them. I should have just left when what I wanted wasn't readily available. On a busy Saturday the day before a holiday, I feel as though better forethought and planning to have product available for customers should have been a priority.I'm not likely to buy Cinnabon going forward due to both the product quality and poor customer service.

I came today to buy cinnabon pecan and center of cinnabon and the girl cashier over charge for pecans which already comes with pecan, she charged me extra pecan which she shouldn't charge, we always buy from here but we wouldn't come back anymore also she was not friendly at all...

Have been waiting to try their cinnamon rolls and churros from a long time and finally got to try it. The roll seemed as if they weren’t completely baked. It was all chewy and doughy. Churros were also very mediocre. After eating these, I ask myself if my Cravings were satisfied? Not really tbh?

the employees here are ridiculous rude and inconsiderate, aswell as uneducated on basic laws and rights. I came in today with my medical alert service dog and was immediately told to get out and harassed for having a pet in the store, when i explained twice she was a service animal for a disability and Im legally allowed to have her, I wasnt even offered an apology, the ignorant male employee continued on with an "Oh" and took our order like nothing happened. Ive never been more uncomfortable than i was in this store. Your employees need actual training on what peoples rights are, i shouldve at least been offered and apology for their outrageous behavior
