Was told to go the drive-thu when I approached the lobby. at the drive-thru menu I was told to go the lobby door for pickup. Said thank you the boy working the window. He didn't bother replying.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. Did not get waited on, so I left.

This is a terrible place. I feel the employees show up just for a pay check until they run the place into the ground. I have only been there twice and neither time were the employees polite even on a bare minimum level. Additionally, they left lids off multiple sauces which then leaked. Lastly, the food looked as if it had been sitting for hours. I ended up not eating it.

We stopped to get blizzards. The lady in front was there for a online pick-up. 3 younger male employees stood around talking. When we asked about her order because not a single person acknowledged the people at the counter or waiting. They walked away and we never saw them come back to give the lady in front of us an answer. We ended up walking out. I've worked fast food. They had alot of employees there was no reason that 1 couldn't acknowledge the people at the counter waiting.
So disappointed! Asked for a mint oreo blizzard and they gave me plain oreo! Ice cream was already melting when we got it. Customer service was not it.
The manager was extremely rude. Received no receipt because of malfunction. When asking for ice cream that was included with meals, was asked to prove purchase with receipt. It was a big hassle to complete our order. One older member of our group needed a small cup of water because she couldn’t stop coughing. Was told by manager I had to purchase a cup for .25 cents. In all the years I have eaten at many DQ’s in different states, this was my first unfriendly, unpleasant visit.
Went there after swap meet on Sunday my friend needed to use the restroom had to wait about 15 minutes till they opened my friend tried to go to the restroom lady wouldn't let him sad had to order food wouldn't let him order what the heck he's 88 year's old no respect

Paid for extra strawberries, didn’t get them. They didn’t turn the blizzards upside either. No fun

This is my 2nd time at this location and customer service is horrible. I went through the drive thru and the workers just threw my food in a bag unwrapped. Not cool. Maybe you shouldn't work there if you hate your job. If you don't like customers, you are in the wrong line of work. Not sure why these lazy workers get paid higher wages for horrible service.

We placed our order online while on the way to the restaurant and chose inside pickup. When we arrived, there were eight employees working—more staff than there were customers in the store at the time. Yet somehow, our order hadn’t even been started.
We waited nearly 20 minutes before finally receiving our food. During the wait, it was hard not to notice that several employees were standing around chatting—mainly about inappropriate text messages. I might be wrong, but it seemed like the manager on duty was the one leading that conversation.
Thankfully, one woman stepped up and got the others back on task. She was the only one who appeared to be working and focused on customer service.
Disappointing experience overall.

Man where do I start. This location should just be closed; or fire every staff member and start over. How about start by cleaning? Clean your dirty location. Wash the drive through window. Wash the damn card reader that you shove into customers faces that has disgusting food and dirt/crud all over them. How disgusting. When someone has a question about the food or their order, answer the question with a smile instead of acting like the customer is an inconvenience when they ask a simple question. ESPECIALLY when its YOUR mess up. Figure out YOUR card reader. It's not the customers fault YOUR shotty equipment doesn't work properly. And stop trying to shove it into people's faces. Nobody wants that. Join the 21st century. Get some lysol wipes. Train your staff. It's just embarrassing. The food was... alright... even though you severely messed up the order, but after looking at your disgusting store, it made me not want to eat it. Subpar food, terrible staff with even worse attitudes, couldn't get an order right if we paid you(wait..we did and you still messed it up. Twice. Good job)absolute filth... what a shame. Time to close up shop and allow a business to take over the spot. One that WANTS to be there, not one holding on for dear life and serving their customers health hazards, and poor attitudes to boot. What a disgrace

We ordered 6 meals, 4 of the same and 2 of the same. They must have a full crew of new people because they made mistake mistakes on every order.
After we placed our order, they gave us our ice cream before our meals . Why?
