Hard to find their parking lot entrance.
We order for 2 people, we're asked to pull ahead it would be a minute. I get my food home and it's horrible! My onion rings were burnt to a crisp! Is that what I waited for? So dissatisfied!

I can’t even believe this happened to me I’ve been going to Dairy Queen but today when I went I ordered a hamburger and when I received it my hamburger had mold in it never going back naughty Dairy Queen do a better job ?

This place was a zoo. We turned around and left because it was going to take forever to get a blizzard.
Awful customer service. Manager was great but the employee was not. If a customer has a misunderstanding I would expect a kind explanation and not rude disrespect.

Staff was very disorganized and did not help the front counter for over 30 minutes. Was very confused on what their job was. The person who finally took our order was walking around in the back area most of the time we were waiting. Very disappointing.

It says there drive threw closes at 10:30pm but when I showed up it was 10:15pm and the worker said they were already closed.

It took 30 minutes just to get a Blizzard. I can understand when you are busy, but I can at least be acknowledged. I was ignored by 5 different workers walking right past me. The least you can do is look at me and say "sorry we are really busy and will be with you as soon as we can."

Always happy to get a New York cheese cake royale.Service was fast, but there were no other cars in line.
So, I eat here twice a week. So my normal 7.00 meal is now 8.00. Ask the employees if they at least got a raise with price increase, and they said NOPE. Maybe it's time to find another lunch spot
