Horrible service they dont take online orders seriously. They mark it as ready, I come to get it and they tell me theres no online orders. Been having this issue for years. If they werent the only place open when I get off work I would avoid this place. The food is good though if they dont ignore you Edit: still waiting.. good thing i work night shift and Ive already been standing for 12 hrs. Almost 6am btw nice

Ordered curbside pickup @ 8:41 pm. Email said order would be ready by 8:51.pm. I arrived at 8:55pm called to let them know I was there ready to pick up my order. The lady that answered said the food was almost ready that when it was she would bring it out. 9:29 pm I call she says it’s been ready for about 20 minutes and they don’t bring out the food. I said how can that be when the website has you put your vehicle info for curbside pickup. So we waited all that time 40+ minutes. And had to go inside to get the food.

The food hasn't changed much over the past 4 decades that I remember our dad taking us...which isn't a bad thing. I wouldn't consider the best or healthiest ingredients used in their dishes as the price points would suggest...but again it isn't a bad thing. My point is that it would be nice if they would offer something on the healthier level such as salmon or avocado anything.

If I could I would give the -5 Horrible customer service, the young lady serving us took a break in the middle of our order and went to go talk to her friend in the front counter. After that, when we asked for a refill she was super rude asking us to wait because she was too busy talking in the back. We will NEVER come back!
Overall, it just sucked. Is service really bad. The food was very cold. they were cleaning a table up and then cleaning the light fixture above it. that makes sense. Nope. I I asked times to pay my bill. I finally went up to the cashier. There was only two other couples and us there. I won't go back.
