Two Happy Birthday tacos. OMG ! Yuk, nothing on them & grossly over fried in oil.
Lobby was freezing cold, understaffed badly. Food was horrible.
Waited 45 minutes in the drive up lane with my baby screaming bloody murder after the first 5 minutes and I had no way to get out of the single lane wrap around (can we say horrible design?!) to get to him. Then when we finally got to the window and got our food, we were given the wrong food and everything was lukewarm. Will never go to this Jack in the Box location again.
