I went to this location while shopping around 2:45 as was a horrible experience. I was the only one in line and 2 coworkers talking for awhile before helping me. Once the girl came up and helped me I asked if there was kids size smoothies and she said no the smallest size is the small. And I said oh okay I’ll get a small watermelon. Then she just walked away and kept talking to the other co worker. The lady she was talking to came up and asked if I needed help I told her that I ordered with the other girl but she randomly just walked away. I told her my order again. There was a man who was waiting for his smoothies in the store and once he got them and left the worker girls starting talking crap about him right in front of the customers. Like WOW! Very VERY unprofessional the entire experience. I don’t think these girls should be representing your company because obviously reading from other reviews may be the same girls causing bad reviews. Who taught them work ethic ? Still appalled at my experience and will never be going back.

Went in around 5:50pm, first of all they were claiming to not have any fruit. Then when one of the workers heard she had to make acai bowls she started complaining out loud in front of other customers. Our acai bowls were very poorly made, super watery and had no granola. Lastly we heard the manager say she was closing the till THEN denied a customers cash and told him they were only taking card… horrible experience

The employees decided to close the store on their hours. Business hours said that store’s open from 10-7pm but and posted a sign for leaving and will be back at 6:15pm. It’s now passed the time but not yet open back.
