Asked for a halfed 6 inch for 2 people and guy refused to do more than one adjustment to the sandwich! You couldn't add mustard on 1 half? Or add anything else? Come on where is customer service when you can't order your food the way you want it! I think that this management needs retraining to understand service.
Sandwich was delicious and the guy at the cash was nice enough to explain what was on the sandwich, as I haven't been to a JJ in a while. I had a headache when I came in, so I wasn't very focused and forgot to add hot peppers. They gave me some extra in a dish and it just about made my day. Tesla supercharger nearby too.
