I had a shockingly great chicken sandwich today. It was super thick and juicy and so delicious. It was so much better I expected. I only stopped in to vet a diet Pepsi and use the restroom. If this is how good KFC is now, I'm in trouble. I wish I'd taken a picture. Super friendly and fast service as well!

I have been sitting, polishing this grudge for literal years. One night, a couple years back, my wife and I stopped by here to get dinner. We were limited on funds, a bit.
They were doing a limited promotion of some sort of spicy buffalo sort of chicken tenders and that's what I ordered. But they told me that they were out of that, and only had regular chicken tenders.
So I asked 'em if they could dip my tenders in buffalo sauce, and they told me that they had to charge me a dollar per dipped piece. Well, I thought to myself, that sucks, but hey, I'll get two pieces dipped, because that's what I could afford, and then I'll just dip the other two pieces in the sauce runoff from the dipped ones.
My disappointment at what I received was legendary. These people charged me a dollar per piece to dip these chicken tenders and they didn't even submerge the chicken. The "dipped" pieces had less than half of the piece dipped, the bottom of the dipped tenders and most of the side of it was completely dry.
There was absolutely no way there was gonna be any sauce runoff to dip my other pieces in. They didn't even give me a whole tender's worth of dip between the two I paid extra for.
I was so disappointed and felt valued so little by this KFC branch that I've never been back. That night, we went across the street to the Dairy Queen and got a couple little plastic buckets of buffalo sauce for FREE and that sealed the deal on this grudge.
And I been sitting here for years, telling people about this experience and how undervalued and ripped off I felt as a customer. Chargin' me a dollar to dip my tenders and not even dip the whole piece.... Now I'mma finally put it into a review, it's time now.

Asked if I could have some gravy on my mashed potatoes and this little girl( so called manager )said that she would not do it. horrible customer service 25 cents worth of gravy And she can stand there and play on her phone and smirk at me. 6pm on August 10th

Got there at 9:45. They said they ran out of chicken and were closing early. I told them that all I wanted was a drink. They still refused service. Just be honest about it. You didn't run out of chicken, you just wanted to go home early. So, enjoy your night, but you should lose your job. There are plenty of people with bills to pay who aren't lazy and dishonest. And this isn't an isolated incident. Other reviews mention the same issue.

Online showed 8 pieces of chicken plus 8 chicken tenders for home only was given the chicken tenders. Called was told that special is only available if you order online. So when we ordered they did not other to correct or explain the difference. Talking to superiors no accountable for any error and just said order online next time. Well done on making sure to get your orders correct. Not like we don’t have other chicken options available.

Didn't get a single thing I ordered correct except the number of pieces of chicken I ordered. Two completely wrong sides, different type of chicken. A completely different order, I was the only person there. Guess I understand the laughter we recieved as my daughter and I drove off. Will never be spending a dime at a KFC. Complete disappointment.
