We placed our order at the kiosk at 5:48pm. First issue was that the 20% off $15 or more coupon from my app was not working. That wasn’t a big deal so I just proceeded with the order we were waiting to dine in and we noticed that multiple orders from people who came in and ordered after us had been being served. at 6:06 husband went up to the counter to ask someone if there was an ETA on our order as we had a two-year-old with us who was very hungry. The kid at the counter told my husband “man we’re busy” and walked back to the kitchen without even giving my husband a chance to respond to the rude remark. My husband came back to the table and when he saw a new employee at the register, maybe one minute later, he walked up and asked if she had an ETA on our order since it had been 20 minutes since we ordered by this point and he was met with sass from the employee as she said that she just got there and she didn’t know Because she didn’t take the order. He tried to explain to her that he was just trying to figure out if it was still on the board. He told her he worked in fast food before and he just wanted to make sure that our food was not overlooked or lost. She continued to have an attitude and repeat if he paid they have the order. Despite him having the receipt in hand trying to show her what we had ordered she wouldn’t even look. The situation was escalating and so were voices so I stepped in because my toddler was right there and it was completely unacceptable for everyone in the restaurant and said something along the lines of “there’s no need for the attitude.” Someone (I presume a manager) came over at this point asking for the order number and said she’d be working on it. At 6:16 we received our food. They didn’t include the toy in my daughters happy meal, and forgot my husbands honey mustard sauce. Despite them messing up the order, we weren’t going to even try to go up have them correct the mistakes—we just wanted to eat and get out of there. Along with the food was a sticker receipt of our order and the time on it was 5:52 but we didn’t get our food until 6:16. Overall it was a bad experience at this location that has made us say we will travel the little bit extra and go to the one on Mt.Hood Ave. because of the attitudes of these employees made us never want to return We understand (my husband especially since he worked at Burgerville) how busy and stressful Saturday night dinner rush can be, but having an attitude and zero customer service to even check on order status, is unacceptable.

We placed our order at the kiosk at 5:48pm. First issue was that the 20% off $15 (our total was $16.87) or more coupon from my app was not working. That wasn’t a huge deal and not something staff there could have fixed, so I just proceeded with the order we were waiting to dine in and we noticed that multiple orders from people who came in and ordered after us had been being served. at 6:06 my husband went up to the counter to ask someone if there was an ETA on our order as we had a two-year-old with us who was very hungry. Changed from 5 stars to 1, always slow. Never address people waiting at the counter to order. Terribly run establishment now and its been this way for a year+

Took a long time to get out food while dining inside. Food was made properly however. None of the staff were smiling or seeming to have any joy. The place was overall clean though too

I stopped at this location to get lunch while on a road trip today. On my way in, before placing my order, I went to use the restroom. On my way into the women's restroom, an employee came rushing across the dining area, following me into the restroom repeatedly shouting sir! SIR! SIR! I turned and asked if she was speaking to me, at which point she said Oh, Im sorry, you look like a man from the back.
This behavior felt invasive and threatening. Having an employee shouting at me because they made an assumption about me without even seeing me fully felt insulting and degrading. I was a woman using the women's restroom. Your employee made a judgement about me based on the appearance of my back. In todays climate, this could potentially put me in danger, as women have been assaulted in women's restrooms by people who are policing the bathrooms, and making assumptions about peoples gender based on their appearance.
I ended up not ordering from this location today, and I will not be returning to this location at any point in the future. I may also avoid McDonalds as a whole as I don't feel safe if this is the behavior that can be expected from employees if they decide I don't look a certain way.

Tables dirty, no napkins in dining area Asked and they would not give any. Had to go in restroom and get paper towels and wet so ad not to have a sticky table. 6 of 9 on door side either had food residue or were sticky at 7:30 AM (90 min. after open for dining. So besides placing your own order. One needs to clean the table and rewash your hands prior to eating.

I wouldnt give even 1 star. Waited for them to take an order for minutes others passed in the other line had to pull up to the window to order and even then took their time. This was outrageous .

Their food is so messy. They don't bother to put their burgers together correctly, they just throw them together. And things are falling off into the paper. And when you go back to speak to someone, the people there have bad attitudes. They snatched the food from me to. Redo, but because what I could not see what they were doing to my food. I refused to take it and I just wanted my money back. I ended up going to Wendy's, that night. It's very disappointing

I went through the drive-thru at this location around 7:50 PM on July 20, 2025 and had a very concerning experience. When I got to the first window, the employee asked what I had ordered. As I began explaining, he kept interrupting me saying things like “What?”, “I can’t hear you,” and “Can you repeat that?” I repeated myself multiple times, and he continued to claim he couldn’t hear me.

I then asked, “Are you deaf or something?” — not out of frustration, but simply because he was unable to comprehend anything I was saying. He took off his headset and said, “Actually yes, I am deaf.” After that, a young female coworker with blonde hair began laughing as if faking a disability was amusing or funny.

I told him he should get his supervisor if that’s the case.

When the supervisor, Christina, came to the window, she was able to confirm that the employee had accidentally given my order to the car ahead of me and had to retake my full order. I mentioned that the employee claimed to be deaf, and Christina clearly stated that he is not deaf.

I asked her multiple times for his name, but she refused to disclose it.

It is incredibly inappropriate and unethical for an employee to falsely claim a disability, especially when it appears to be used as a tactic to avoid serving customers properly. The coworker’s reaction, laughing at the situation, only adds to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. It’s deeply troubling to witness this toward a customer of color. Falsely claiming to be deaf is not only offensive—it disrespects the deaf community and those with actual disabilities. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate to ensure this is addressed appropriately.
