It's a difficult thing, starting with the person B at the checkout and then some service people are arrogant and they see you standing waiting to order, they see you and ignore you, not everyone acts with indifference but they make you feel uncomfortable.

Went through the drive-thru today, gave them a code which was pretty simple order, only question I was asked was what kind of drink? So I answered. When I get to the window they asked if I had a diet drink and I said no regular, then the man went silent for a minute then said just move forward for your drink, he didn't even look at me. Then after 2 minutes another man comes and just hands me a dink, no apology for the mix up or here's your drink, he just stared me down. I said thank you and he closed the window in my face while I was thanking him & stood staring me down from behind the glass, I thanked him again because I thought maybe he didn't hear me & that's when he rolled his eyes at me. I don't know what I did wrong that would provoke that kind of treatment? It was rude and unprofessional. To add to an already crappy experience here, the fries were cold and the burger was luke warm at best. I'll just drive across town to the other location, at least they're friendly there and the food is hot.

Why is it that McDonald’s has to push cold fries out the door? I had my order brought from 4 blocks away. Fries all cold. I had to personally go back to buy another order that was fresh. Quality could be better. That’s my only real issue is cold fries. You can get enjoy your food like that.

Walk in and go to the counter and you will not be acknowledged by any staff they will look at you with a blank stare as they walk past you. Drive through is the best you got but even then customer service kinda sucks ass.
