Server and manager were both rude and if you are a person of color I would stay away from this location !

The server was super rude and dismissive to me and my family and accused me for being loud when I was ordering food . It seems like she had an issue with our color and race when I involved the manager she also didn’t want to discuss the issue. We walked out because we didn’t feel safe to eat there. I would never go back there again !

Went there was told 15 to 20 minute wait after about 40 minutes with over half the tables empty and watching the hostesses seat their friends that came in after us finally told them we are leaving, and was followed by others, PROBABLY NOT WORTH GOING

I called to place an order only to be told that the kitchen stoped making food I called an hour before the store closed before I could even even hello on the phone or anything the person that answered just said the kitchen has stopped making food and you can’t place anything not even a hello or good evening before she said anything the food is great but the customer service isn’t

I did get into contact with upper management threw email and the manager of the store gave me a call to discuss my concerns/experience that I had everything was dealt with in a timely manner they answered any questions I had and then some

It is a Red Robin. You will all know what it is. Burgers are fine, fries are actually really good. Service was not that good. We got the Tuesday Burger deal. But is was charged as a normal burger. Also, the drinks were on there for full price, while they should have been included. When we were looking around us for some explanation, the waitress came running over that there was some 'problem'. Really poor service, I pad the right price, but it felt like they were trying to scam me. It is a Red Robin...come on.

So was not happy with the service today bad luck! I was planning to have my sons 21st here but it was in shambles when another birthday party going on at the same time. 16 people there party 20+ for ours!

Nice place to stop and eat after shopping at the Woodburn outlets with my partner’s family, they have wide variety on the menu to choose from very good food. I got the California chicken sandwich with garlic Parmesan broccoli. Two things I wanna mention, it’s VERY pricey there and the servers are kind of slow to attend to you. Other than that good food would maybe go back.

We like to go to the Woodburn location rather than the Salem so we make the drive. Staff was very Nice. They did forget a patty on one of our burgers so we had to wait for a patty to come out. They're not as generous with the French fries as they used to be, or the waitress was not paying attention. Always look over your check before you pay the bill as we had some extra charges on there they had to take off, like the birthday coupon we told them when we ordered.
