Price has gone up when portions went down, though that isn't suprizing. What was suprizing was our service. I cannot rank it low enough. First, the server gave us dinnerware with food stuck to it (a chunk of food). The replacement dinnerware was also dirty, just not chunks of food. When we Next, my spouse ordered a burger and asked for a cheese substitution (blue cheese - specified the crumbles) with firesauce and mayo as sides and got the original cheddar and their mayo dipping sauce was substituted for blue cheese ranch. We both ordered the bottomless garlic fries and when we asked (not offered by our server) for a refill on the garlic fries while stating we did not need more sauce that request was not filled. She brought one side of regular fries with extra sauce. We asked for my garlic fries again, and she said "sure thing," but no fries came.

Their vege pizza is fantastic, tower of onion rings are great big rings and not greasy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but their doors do not open automatic and no handy cap button to open and the door are very heavy. I had to wait for someone to come in or out to open for me because I wasn't strong enough to open. A lady that was going in opened for me and she had trouble and commented about the doors. The sad part there were 2 male employees standing there watching everything and never bothered to help.

Love this place! The best burgers ever, and amazing service. Always do I feel taken care of when I eat at Red Robin, not to mention the endless fries😄

Absolute worse Red Robin I’ve ever been to. We sat down at our table and no one came and asked us to order drinks. Another table behind us came after us and they immediately came to them and took their order. We ended up leaving because no one ever came to us. WORST RED ROBIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

My daughter keeps asking to go back there. That's a great sign
