5.25 for this sandwich? Are you kidding me? This isn’t just shrinkflation. This is straight up robbery. Don’t order the food here. Save your money.

The lady that made my coffee was awful. It had some of the most burnt espresso shots I've ever had. When I took it inside I was very polite about "I am really sorry, I know youre busy but these shots are burnt, could I bother you to remake this?" she blatantly rolled her eyes at me, didn't say a word and then let it sit on the counter for about 3 minutes before doing anything with it. I watched her let the two shots sit in the glass while the second two poured on top of them. When I pointed this out she told me "no I poured them right away". Again I was polite about "yes, the second pair. But the first pair is now burnt again because it sat for about 90 seconds." She didn't even acknowledge I was talking to her so I finally had enough and told her she needed to re-read the instruction booklet, if I am paying for an $8 coffee I expect it to be made correct and be drinkable. She walked away without even apologizing or anything.

There were flies all over the wall and the staff were not concerned at all when we told them. They said it's always like that...yuck!

Typical Starbucks, ordered latte and a vanilla latte. Service was fast and efficient. Only issue there was display stand had a ton of fruit flys. I pointed it out and they mentioned they don’t serve food from there.
If I were them, I would still take care of it. There were almost 50 fruit flys in there. Not good for Starbucks standards.

Wow !! What a worst Starbucks experience
Pathetic customer service. The small cappuccino was really made for miniature sizes. !
Not one staff was even listening to what we wanted !
The waiting time for the order was 15 minutes.

They messed up my order when I clearly stated what I wanted. I also had to wait about half an hour to get two drinks. When I finally got my order, my two drinks were spilling all over the cup. Never again. Do not recommend.

I just went through the drive through and got a tall pumpkin spice latte, the first of the season. So excited. Then I drove away and went to take a ship only to find nothing coming out. I pull over and pop the lid off and the cup is barely half full! Come on Starbucks you can do better!!!!!!
