Placed my order at 709 am, got an alert my order was ready 3 or 4 min later. Walked in to pick up and my sandwich was out but not my two coffees. 20 min later, one coffee but sandwich was now cold, 10 minues after that my iced drink is ready but doesn't look right. I watched her fill the cup with milk and top off with espresso but not even a full shot, the drink had 6 shots ordered. Brought it back in and now 30 minutes later have my drinks, food is cold and the hot coffee is just a cup of hot milk.
Great Starbucks, friendly fun staff. Consistently good product. Biz hrs on some map apps hv been incorrect at times, no fault of personnel.Closures sometimes due to storms/weather..as expected, by reasonable, decent people.

This location has to be the worst Starbucks we visited during our travels. We ordered ahead to safe time. Four items, each came out individually and one item they forgot to make it, waited additional 13 mins to get it. Trash bags next to food and bathroom was pretty raunchy. Definitely could use some pride in your work!

Google says they're open. Closed at 5pm. In the drive through at 5:06pm. Waited 4 mins before we drove up to the window. No one would let us know they were closed. The menu lights are still on. Turn your lights off! 2 cars in line behind us.
