Employee would not acknowledge two of us outside. On 11/25/24 at 1030pm. Sat outside for 20 plus minutes with no response. Trying to pick a door dash order.

Leslie was very nice & efficient. She was by herself & managed her time very well with it being fairly busy. We will stop here again when traveling.

Went to the store and night or two ago, tried using the help button to talk to a human fpr help, tried going to the drive through window, couldn't get help, tried calling and still no help.
Not sure I would recommend wasting your time here. Try another location or maybe another food chain altogether.

used to work here, they scammed me paying me only 13.75 at night and i was suppose to be making atleast a dollar more, and then i never got a lunch worked 8 hours alone at night. this was about 3 years ago but surprised this place still up! cameras didn't even work back then inside and outside the whole store and i remember how many ants used to be in the back all by the food and especially when you poured a soda fountain a bunch of ants were in it, lady in charge of this store doesn't care and never saw her again after i got hired

Says open 24h but it’s closed wasting people’s time
Don't order here at night. It says it's open 24 hours, but almost every time, there's either nobody working or the employee is out back slacking off somewhere, and you never get your order. Sometimes, you have to honk just to get them to come out.

3235 was initially friendly as we entered the store. However, it went downhill from there.
Skimpy on the veggies. And uncharged $4 for 1 single scoop of guac.

Rude employee, I have suspicion that he spit in my sandwich, definitely not eating it and going to McDonald’s across the street. I too have been stressed but that does not give you a reason to be rude. I matched his energy and he was apologetic in his tone our second interaction, still not eating that sandwich though (couldnt refund cuz of app). They need to hire more people on nightshift if they’re going to run a 6.99 special

The bathroom is disgusting. You know they haven’t cleaned it in days when there’s a black ring at the water level and they’re out of paper towels. If they don’t clean the bathroom, are they cleaning the kitchen and food prep areas. I came in for lunch and needed to pee first. I left without eating. I assume the food tastes like every other subway.

8pm at the 24 hour store, out of meatballs so he went to the fridge to get more. Had it toasted just to be sure. Still almost frozen in the middle. Neither employee had hairnet or hats on. Girl had bright pink fake nails an inch+ long and pointy through the gloves. Health department send help!!

A sandwich I had eaten 100 times all the sudden had black pepper in it. I am very allergic. We ordered from a screen and couldn't talk to a human until we paid we weren't even sure the system was working. Then I got seriously ill after 1 bite amd my husband spent the night in the bathroom. The amount of black pepper being added randomly to food is aweful. And the screen made it impossible to clarify allergies

Every single time I go there , it’s always at least 1 item missing , not exaggerating there’s at least 1 item out of stock which I don’t blame the workers that’s all owners responsibility I’m assuming but it gets frustrating when you have to pick something else especially when you’re doing door dash orders and keep having to call customers to see what they can substitute it with
Didn’t like the service was there for almost a hour . We ask for a root beer and they gave us a coke we told them but they didn’t give us nothing a young lady just gave me attitude that they didn’t have root beer and we left without a coke they didn’t give me my change back .
Terrible experience.
Ordered a hotshot Italiano, told it was discontinued, given a cheaper sub with no refund and paid for double meat which I didn't get. Very stingy with vegetables as well.
One side of the building is locked and they make you walk all the way around. Asked for a manager who I saw counting the money, was told they are "unavailable"
