Card reader was down when I came to this location which I did not expect and I didn't have enough cash on me. Why keep this open when not everyone pays with cash? Even more so there were no other customers inside further suggesting that most people pay with card instead of cash there. I know there's a Subway over by Walmart but I don't see the point going over there when I don't have any reason to go over there

The food was disgusting on 3/7/24. The young dude working looked embarrassed to be there. I already started order before I realized all the vegetables were not fresh. They looked frozen and re thawed. The pickles looked the worst. It was a wreck there. Shredded bag cheese instead of sliced cheese. I asked for fresh pickles I told the young dude that the vegetables didn’t look fresh. He said that’s all they had right now. :/ I bought I didn’t even eat .

The woman working behind the counter with long nails and lashes was rude, had a terrible attitude and didn’t even wash her hands or cut my sandwich. On top of that the ”restaurant” was filthy and poorly run. Sandwich was nasty too. Don’t come here if you respect yourself.

Ordered online for the bogo footlongs. Ummm...added the meal option online and got there and the soda machine is broken. Associate says grab a drink from the case. And there's nothing in there but milk and one tea. He refunded me. But after I got home I realized it was only for the drinks not the chips and I was not told to grab chips. The bread was dry and crusty. Workers were grumpy. Below average food and store.

Workers were really rude, burnt my sandwich. Cussing left and right. On their phones the whole time (with their gloves on!!). The place hasn't been swept in days it look like. One worker is literally 12.
Service was good, she was very attentive while she was training.The sandwich bread was horrible. It was extremely chewy/stale and my 9 year old couldn’t even finish her kids sandwich because it was too hard for her to take a bite and chew.

It was really good despite how extremely busy they were it was so crowded and they were out of chips to go with the combo meal etc and although you would think they would compensate somehow but they didn't but anyhow it was okay afterall at least I got to dine in and got satisfactory soda refills etc.

Worst service I have ever been near. Horrible tasting food. I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE MEAT. All of the workers were on their phone and spelled like weed. They were all high, distracted, and everything was disgusting inside. The floors were dirty, no chips were in stock, and I had to ask multiple times for them to come out from the back to get my order down. I've never thought a place could be so dirty and unprofessional. So disappointed. ALSO MAY I ADD!!! The cashier was taking Snapchat photos of me and my friend, not even letting us in private without feeling uncomfortable. I'm never coming back.

It's an outlet mall location. They try their best to keep up with how busy they get. They are short staffed so please be patient.
