Waited at the head of the drive thru window for over 15 minutes waiting for employee to come back from break to give me my cold food that had been sitting by the window for 7 minutes or do. I know places are short staffed and they had only one cashier, but he could have bounced between the register and the drive thru. Leaving us sitting there just waiting and watching our food get cold through the window was crap.

The food was as expected, but what stood out the most is that they took my order at the drive thru while I was on my bicycle! Most fast food restaurants won't even acknowledge a bicycle in the drive thru (I'm looking at you, Carl's Jr and McDonald's), so thank you, Taco Bell. 🙂

So slow, we came inside and we were absolutely last priority, we were there for 25 minutes or more inside. We thought it’s because we didn’t pay cash right away but no. We still had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the 25. And the people before us got the food, we were alittle more darker skinned so idk if that must be the reason… I don’t like to think like that but it really makes me think… they are like that

We are staying in a local hotel so we rely on restaurants to eat. Healthier options are available here so we have been here 2 times in the past week. Both times egregious mistakes were made on our order. By the time we discovered them we had already eaten parts. Today items were left off that we paid extra for (about $2).
A warning to all...check your order before you leave the pickup window at the drive thru or counter. I know I will from now on.

2nd time I've Stopped off freeway and popped in for some food probably the rudest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Food was terrible... Not very fast. Food sucked.. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else. BK and Subway next door is better.
