A food truck with sopes that they stuff with delicious meat and flavorful salsas to accompany. Very nice people with all homemade food. Tortillas were fresh and hot with great texture. Go out and order and sit under the covered setting to stay out of the harsh weather.
Service was quick and friendly. Decent price. Rice and beans weren't too good, horchata was grainy (deal breaker for my wife) and she didnt enjoy her carne asada tacos. I like my carne asada enchiladas, but it was a little chewy at times, better than the many other places we've been to in Woodburn, but will still be looking for a better place in the area.
Cheapest, quickest, best quality I can have from a restaurant! I can call in or order on the spot, and the food is always piping hot and stuffed to the brim! There's no watering down of the sauces either like I see at most local Mexican restaurants, and the burritos are always overstuffed with goodness! I come home on leave, and this is the first place I would always head to for heavenly food! It's a hidden gem, under-appreciated and local, but definitely worth your...
