Ordered on doordash. There's no warning that it's Dennys. The pictures are misleading, the food horrible. Lettuce was brown and stretchy, bread soggy. The pictures make it look like a nice, decent quality standalone sandwich shop; dont fall for the lie. Every dollar spent is a regret on this meal. If they told people this place was run by Dennys, they would go bankrupt for lack of customers. I ordered a sandwich made of strawberries and cheesecake inside pound cake slices: they didn't assemble it, nor did they send any pound cake (but still charged me for it). Also failed to send one of my drinks I ordered. Absolutely terrible. Heed my warning and steer clear of this atrocity.
And I'm not even a picky eater.

this was an awful excuse for a Best Western, rooms are very outdated, breakfast is ok not great but passable, hot foods were not hot, staff not very friendly or helpful both breakfast and front desk area.

This is actually the bar at Denny's. Great sampler and great bloody Mary. The bartenders are awesome. The gentleman is always friendly and the woman is kind hearted and incredible.

Our two night stay was very pleasant. Room 228 was quiet, comfortable, and affordable. We appreciated the large mini fridge (with tiny freezer section) and small microwave. A plentiful hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, country potatoes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereals, limited fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast room attendant was friendly and efficient. Checking in and out was quick. Denny's is next door and lots of other food options are nearby. Great stay - especially considering the hotel was at full capacity due to the ongoing festival at Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. The Woodburn Premium Outlets mall is directly across the freeway if you are interested in shopping.

Only one waffle maker so you have to wait to use it and eat. Tv volume kept going out so you have to unplug receiver and plug back in yourself. Maintenance a no show to fix it. Volume limited to low volume already, so if you have hearing problems you will be saying' what did they say' alot. Location to outlets good though.

The hot tub was very dirty with either sand, dirt, leaves and the jets don’t even work that well. The breakfast was basically the same thing over and over, some of the staff were very rude. The work out work was dissatisfying it only had to equipments a bike and a treadmill.

Tried to take a bath, after turning on the jetted tub a yellowish brown film came out. Need less to say, was not able to enjoy the jetted tub that we had upgraded to. Also upon arrival, the TV was not working.

Hot tub is out of service, half of the breakfast options looked like they were going to make me sick. The yogurt was watery, and the pastries were undercooked. The lights in the room did not all work, and the TV sound did not work either. They also put us in our two bedroom room right next to the elevator, which kept us up all night because you hear a clunking sound constantly. all issues were brought up with the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised about any of them nor did they do anything about it.

I travel here on business 3-4 times a year and have been and will continue to stay here. This Hotel is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff are great. The rooms are comfy and clean. They front desk crew always makes me and my pup feel very welcome. Plenty of good eats nearby and the Outlet Stores are 1 minute away. I would highly recommend this property.
