McDonald's in Allentown

“Stopped in to this McDonald's for some coffee and breakfast and found the service fast, the egg muffin fresh and delicious and the coffee was hot and very good. Although they were very busy as it was the breakfast rush, the service was excellent. This location was very clean neat and organized with staff who are hard working dedicated and committed to providing the customer an enjoyable experience with good food and drinks. At some other locations when staff are under pressure their attitudes change, but not at this McDonald's. Very Friendly and caring staff who enjoy their work which reflects in the wonderful final product and customer experience . Thanks and keep up the great work.“

“Came today (3/7) around 2 pm, and they had a line in drive through and a bigger order in front of us. The workers were busting their butts and cleared the line, and we got our food quickly. It was hot and fresh, and the lobby was very clean! The whole staff was friendly, even during a rush. Good job everybody, and thank you!“

“Came in here for a quick lunch the other day and it was actually better than I expected. The place wasn’t too busy, so I got my order pretty fast. I grabbed a burger combo and the fries were hot and crispy, which doesn’t always happen at fast food spots lol. The cashier was nice and didn’t seem rushed even though a few people were waiting behind me. Tables were mostly clean, just a couple crumbs here and there but nothing bad. Overall it’s a decent spot when you need something quick and filling. I’d probly come back again when I’m in the area.“

“The manager here is very efficient and she keeps the crowd moving as quickly as possible. There have been times that I visited this location and it is always very busy. The manager is always very pleasant and helpful each time that I have visited this location. I credit her for her hard work and would like to acknowledge that she is doing the best she can with the staff that she currently has.“

“Relatively fast. I asked the Drive thru team member if there were napkins in the bag and they said yes. When I got home, there were no napkins in the bag. Also, the McDouble was special order no onions and there were onions put on the bottom of the burger.“

“I usually order ahead on the app, and sometimes I even place two separate orders — but that’s not really the point. I wanted to leave this review because of one employee who works the afternoon/evening shift handing out orders. I don’t actually know his name, but he’s a younger guy who’s usually up front giving out orders. I don’t think he’s a manager — I think he’s just a regular employee — but I’m pretty sure the team will know exactly who I’m talking about. He is honestly the best.

First, I want to say I’ve always had great experiences with the employees at the 1414 Tillman Street location. Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. But this particular employee truly takes things to another level.

Every time I walk in, I don’t even have to say anything. He recognizes me immediately — I’m honestly not even sure if it’s by my name on the bag, my usual order, or just my face — but he always knows it’s me. Even if I’m in the middle of talking to someone, he’ll politely say “excuse me,” come right over, and hand me my order. Then when my second order is ready, he’ll either hand it to me personally or bring it over to my table. He really goes out of his way every single time. He absolutely doesn’t have to do all that, but he still does, and it shows how much he cares about doing his job well.

What really stands out is how much easier he makes my day. I’m never standing there for 20 minutes wondering what’s going on or waiting for my food. I walk in, and not even a minute goes by before I already have it in my hands. I don’t have to say anything, check the screen, or even look for my order — he’s already on it. That level of attentiveness is honestly awesome, and I love it.

I’m not there constantly — maybe a couple times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less — but he is consistently on point every single time without fail. He’s always kind, professional, and attentive, and he truly sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.

On top of that, my food is always hot, fresh, and correct. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I honestly think he deserves real recognition for how exceptional he is. He’s the best for real, and he absolutely deserves a raise.“
