“We had a bad experience with doordash and called the store to fix the problem. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get our food. I don’t remember the young woman’s name who helped us but she was the kindest, sweetest, most understanding person who even left a little note for us to have a good night! “We ordered to pick up through the drive thru. This was the second time ever going to Panera. My first time at this location. I must say the food was so much better. My sandwich was perfect. My children's food was great too. The grilled cheese was a little on the smaller side but it looked so good. My daughter loved it. The French onion soup is pretty good too. Definitely would return when near this location.“
“It is a type of self service. You register your order in the computer and when it is ready they call you. They keep the place quite clean. The tomato cream is a true delight, the baguettes are not the most delicious but in relation to quality vs price it is very good“
