“The service was excellent and efficient, and the servers were very polite. The food was delicious, and serving sizes were generous. Great location just across from the hotel. The fact that it was late gave us a healthy option when it was too late to eat a heavy meal.“
“I was surprised that this little gem off to the side near Home2 hotel and Reading Terminal Market was well kept, a nice, quiet place to collect oneself in the middle of chaos, and staffed with friendly people. Convenient consoles allow you to place your order electronically, collect a ticket and then retrieve your order at the counter. Underrated place to eat! Totally worth it.“
“I had a really nice experience at Panera Bread on campus. I ordered a half sandwich and a cup of soup, and both were fresh and delicious. The soup was served hot, which I really appreciated. The customer service was also good, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
The upstairs dining area is spacious and provides plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal. The restroom was clean as well.
One area that could use some attention is the elevator. They had a musty smell that reminded me of an old movie theater. Keeping the elevators clean, fresh, and well-maintained would make the experience much more comfortable, especially for people with disabilities who may rely on them to access the different levels of the restaurant.
I took pictures of the restaurant, but unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of my food — I was too hungry! 😂
Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely patronize this Panera again. With a little attention to the elevators, it would be an even more pleasant and accessible experience for everyone.“
