I’m very happy there are still people working here in the store is open.
Panera is a generic experience. All of them are the same. All food options are prepared the same. All are designed the same. What distinguishes them is how they are maintained. Today this one was noticeablely dirty. The floors needed sweeping, the tables needed cleaning, and the beverage area was messy. It was late afternoon and the store wasn't busy. Not sure how cleaning is organized but this one clearly needed some attention.

Panera Bread at City Ave offers excellent service and tasty food. The staff, including Corey and Vee, provide great customer care and create a welcoming atmosphere. Customers often enjoy the Mediterranean salad and ciabatta cheesesteak. The store is very clean, making for a cozy and comfortable dining experience. Visitors appreciate the high level of service, with staff going above and beyond to help, such as assisting customers with orders and ensuring a positive experience. Although the setup for ordering and seating may be unclear for new guests, the overall environment remains friendly and organized. The location features a beautiful fireplace and maintains a very clean and efficient space, with employees appearing fluent and professional. Customers leave satisfied not just with the food but also with the attentive service provided by the team.
