The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my giftcard and he was able to help me. Breakfast was over by the time the issue was resolved so I couldn't order it but he made an exception and I was able to order my breakfast!
Our family enjoyed lunch here after visiting the Convention Center. We had different salads, mac n' cheese, a sandwich and drinks. The food was good, typical Panera Bread quality. They appeared to be short-staffed, and no one was at the counter to take orders. We had to place 4 separate online orders, which came at different times. Some of us got text alerts or heard our name shouted at pickup. Others had to go hunting for their order.

I've had both takeout and dine in. The employees are very helpful and the food and portions are good. it's a central location by the Reading Terminal and PA Convention Center so usually busy weekends and daytime. Ample seating but sometimes tables are not wiped down and the kiosks sometimes down. Otherwise good place for groups or quick bite. Love their salads, sandwiches, green honest tea, smoothies and value duet specials (combo 2 items your choice)
