“A few months back, I had the opportunity to visit this brewery with friends, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The place boasts a fantastic location, offering plenty of open seating that's perfect for a casual get-together. We were particularly impressed with the variety of delicious food and drink options available. One of the highlights was being able to sit by a window that offered a serene view of a nearby stream - it added a special touch to our visit. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and efforts in making our experience memorable. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit when I'm in town again. “Had a delightful and delicious lunch with friends at the Blonde Bistro. Shared an app of the Blonde Bombs (highly recommended!). Lasagna and pizza were amazing. Plenty enough to request take home boxes. Stromboli to go (for hubby) looks delicious and I'm sure it will be. And check out that gorgeous cocktail - a pineapple upside down martini. I hear it was very very tasty (as was my Rubio Mexican lager).Service was excellent - Chris, our server, was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. Ciara, the owner, even came to our table several times to chat and answer any questions we had. Food served quickly and correctly. We all left very pleased and each of us are looking forward to visiting again.“

“The service is wonderful, the workers are sweethearts, and the atmosphere is idea for working. There are comfortable chairs, tables, and pleasant music in the background. It is the best coffee shop and recommend it for anything looking for a new setting to get some work done.“

“Best coffee in town. Fresh menu with new specials all the time. Best soft pretzels in Centre County. Best burgers in town. Kindest service around! Restaurant is small but a buzzing, comfortable atmosphere. They have a piano inside and some outdoor tables too. Nothing beats their ingredients & the prices are worth the quality. Bring quarters for parking!“

“Seriously the Best Vibes in the downtown State College area! just a super warm, friendly place with a big selection of drinks and yummy local pastries and breakfast or snack items available. My fav is the lavender-vanilla and now the sugar free hazelnut!“

“Recommend! I had never had this style of pastry before - so I picked up an assortment! I got the last Portuguese egg tart, a pork sung, a cranberry milk butter bun, and a Nutella and cheese. (Sadly, they were out of the ham and cheese, so I’ll have to wait and try that another time!) All were very good! None of the sweet varieties were overly sweet and the egg tart crust was so light and flaky. Must say, though, the pork sung was my favorite! Will return to try more of their delightful baked goods soon.“

“Went here to try someplace new, and it was like finding treasure, the food was great and the restaurant was so clean and cozy. I ordered the basil ribeye and it was delicious. What I really liked about the place was that there were swing seats, how cool is that!!“

“Exquisitely well planned and thought out brewery. Every detail was meticulously considered - fixtures, lighting, decor, seating - everything looks top quality. The outdoor space is large and includes corn hole and tables with fire pits! All to naught if the beer is bad right? But it’s also very good - crafted expertly to style, or sometimes a unique combo. They take pride in serving other local central PA products - coffees, sodas, wines, cider, and spirits. A tremendous success five minutes from the state college border.“

“We ordered the Classic Package that comes with the pot and burner. I've never had Hot Pot outside of a restaurant so was a little bit nervous... but it was SO easy, warm, tasty, and delicious. Would definitely recommend trying this out. The spicy broth was DELICIOUS!! I can't stop thinking about it after eating.“

“My favorite place in State College! The food and service are always excellent!I would call this a hidden gem. It's located below ground level, and not easy to find by casually walking by.I gave them a 4 on atmosphere because there seems to be a storage shortage for the restaurant. It's not off-putting for me, but some might not call it "fine dining." I'm ok with that, more food for me!“

“its a cute little place. a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it i'd say. staff is friendly, menu could use an update though.Parking: parking lot is very small and usually full, and often times during the week most parking meters are used too. its likely youll need to park further away and walk a bit, but its not horrible. there are plenty of places to park within walking distance.“

“If you're looking for that bagel place that seems plucked out of a big city this is it! Great bagels great combinations on the bagels! Could use a bit of a pick me up inside... But other than that ,worth the drive , the wait and the hung over college kids in line sometimes.“

“Delicious and packed full of flavor. We had a mix of things off the menu including both bowls, soup based bowls and sushi. All were very good and very flavorful. The sushi took a little longer to come out but very tasty. The portions were huge and the service overall was decent. The music was a bit loud and the restaurant is smaller so it's a bit harder to hear those in your party. The prices were fair considering the size of the portions.“
