Arrived the day before my appointment. Parked on street, walked to receiving and checked in. Was told they would call when they were ready for delivery. Did not receive a call. Went back to receiving 1 hour before appointment to check on status, was told they were ready. Backed into bay, pumped out the load. When it is complete, go tell them, they will shut their valve and get paperwork completed. Staff was professional but not proactive in any way, if you have questions, don't delay, go to receiving. “I've been going to Nonna Ilva since they were on Hanover Street and I'm so glad they have a sit-down restaurant now. The food is always delicious and you can tell it is made with high quality ingredients. Everyone that works there is always super friendly and even when it's busy orders tend to come out quickly. They also don't rush you out the second you're done making it a great place to meet up with friends and catch up. Overall, Nonna Ilva is easily one of the best restaurants in Carlisle. I can't recommend it enough!“
