“Lots of wing flavors and they came out hot and crispy! Between my husband, Dad and I, we had 4 different flavors: Cajun wet, hot garlic, honey badger, and jackal. They were all good! Decent beer selection. We sat outside under the tent which has three TVs. French onion soup, pesto flatbread, kids pizza, kids chicken fingers and salads were all good as well.“

“I love this place! I was in Pittsburgh for a work thing, and this bar was around the corner from my hotel. The atmosphere is amazing. It's a neighborhood bar where everyone seems to know each other. I love that it's not one of these places that tries to be all fancy and stuff. If you want to avoid those type of places, I highly recommend Birmingham Bridge Tavern. The food is damn good too! “We were in town for a baseball tournament and we ordered pizza and wings. Let me tell something. I have tried wings from just about every place I go to and these wings were easily top 3 all time. “Not local to the area, we got back to the hotel super late (3 am-ish) and were desperate for food but not desperate enough to pay hotel prices for frozen dishes. Found this place on DoorDash and noticed it was within a quarter of us so we placed an order through their website, and walked to pickup. I’m glad we went in, the staff were incredibly nice, very informative, and brought an amazing atmosphere even at 3 am, they were truly amazing. A beacon of light in the dark of night for certain. The food though, that was even better. We got 4 different ones to get a well rounded view of this place and honestly words could not describe how great the calzones were, and the prices were great too! “I am leaving Pittsburgh so I feel like I am obligated to leave review for this restaurant, which saved myself during my time in Pittsburgh. As Korean, I still believe this restaurant would be very popular if it were in Korea. Their chicken is sooo crispy even with sauces. The portion is amazing too. I never had any issue with the food. My one advice is get a rice bowl if you can and have it together with soy garlic/sweet spicy chicken.“

I really struggle to find authentic food in Pittsburgh area that’s affordable. As soon as you walk in the restaurant, you KNOW it’s going to be good just by the decor and the smell. Ismoil and Odil at the front were so kind and willing to help. I will be coming here as long as I have $10 to spare for a gyro(which is HUGE and very good) If you like try delicious food you HAVE to come here!“

“I've been ordering from Big Shot Bob's in Avalon for over ten years. They're the best in the Burgh. They opened on New Year's Day to provide fresh delicious wings. Pre-ordering wings for New Year's Day was a breeze and the service is very friendly. I was able to call and make a change to a pick up order with ease.

“Best ribs in the city. See bad reviews and learned when you order from these delivery apps they take your muffins. Not cool but they are that good. I go to store and have been satisfied EVERY time I pick up or it in there myself. The people are awesome. If you want a big order of ribs say like to feed 4 people with a meal each just call ahead so they have enough. “A very nice little bubble tea shop on Centre Ave. The atmosphere is quite good and the company’s entire branding just has a feel good feel to it. They also have a shop in Ross Park Mall. I tried out their classic brown sugar milk tea as well as a milk chocolate mocha donut.

To be honest, the brown sugar boba was pretty average. There wasn’t anything too special about it. Nice and light drink, not crazy sweet, which was nice. Not much boba in it though. Price was okay. They had a donut and drink combo for a decent price.

The real star of this snack break was the mochi donut. It’s got a very cool, chewy texture to it. The milk chocolate on top really added a lovely sweet touch to it. I would even definitely recommend trying one.

All in all, a cute little boba shop. Decent drinks, but the mochi donuts are what are really unique and tasty.

“This is my pizza place. Everyone has their choice, and this one is mine. Florence serves a fantastic cheese pizza with a slightly crispy crust with a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. They don't spoil their cheese pizza with provolone and have a great sauce that isn't sweet and holds on the pizza perfectly.

Florence also offers other food that is great. Their pesto margarita was a wonderful change of pace with a homemade pesto sauce lovely globs of mozz.

The choices of 5 sizes of pizza allow you to get a small pie if it is just you at home or a jumbo pie that feeds the whole family.

Their store is small up front, but they make up for it with some of the nicest folks in Pittsburgh. New to the area, they are loving the town here and quickly making themselves at home here in the North Hills.

In a town that has a pizza shop in every plaza, Florence stands out with high-quality ingredients, great pizza, and a fantastic family run shop. I look forward to many more delicious pizzas and lots of other options from their menu.“
