We sat at the counter & were able to watch them cook our food which is nice. This is a nice little restaurant with really good food. I recommend a visit here if you enjoy Jspanese food!“

“Went out with friends to Top Pot &KBBQ and it was great. There were so many options to pick for both the BbQ and hot pot. I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“

Plus, their seasoned fries are better than anywhere else in the city and I absolutely adore their tteokbokki. This was also our go-to boba spot for years when my wife and I used to work in Oakland.
