I'm not going to tell you what happen ; but I will tell you that I made a phone call to corporate and I was very pleased with the outcome of the phone call .When I spoke to the guest service manager which his name was Joe I hope I'm okay with telling his name he actually handled the problem with the utmost respect the utmost professionalism he listened to my story and totally apologize and totally fixed the problem very well pleased with the outcome of the phone call thank you Joe see you“
