I don’t know much about this place . I’m new to Pa and I thought this place looks interesting. The only reason for low rating is that when I emailed the person in charge I ask for certain date and for him to call me cuz I had questions and even tho the date I wanted was taken, it would have been nice to have my question answered with a quick call.. I mean no expert but wouldn’t you want to draw in more customers for future planning.. 🤷‍♀️

Steak was good, no baked potato, just fried. Lots of noisy and smelly golfers. Smell of cigar outside was bad.

Beautiful coarse!!!! ….playing and out now 9/26/25 … needless to say will be attending elsewhere due to 5-6 groups on 1 hole mid day on a Friday .. starters here taking their job way to serious on times instead of spreading groups out as much as possible ..

The course is very challenging with its varying terrain. The greens are super fast and extremely hard to read, but all in all it is a great place to play. The staff as well as the restaurant are top notch food and service. First time ever have played there and hope to get there again.

One of my fav golf courses in the area. The food service was excellent and the course was in great condition. I look forward to golfing here every time.

We love the food/service at the bridges! Our buddy Anthony loves their meatball parm after a long day of baseball practice. Worth the drive to Abbotstown.

We had a 1215 tee time, when we scheduled our tee time there was a 1230, 1245, 100 ,115, 130, 145 and beyond this was the day before, when we started, the group ahead of us was playing slow, after 9 we hit the clubhouse, aka the horizon grill, we were advised it would be 20 minutes before our food would be ready, we started the back 9, 10 to 18 but we were stopped saying we were in the middle of a college tournament and to go back to tee 1, once going to tee 1 there was a group of 4 ahead of us and behind us was a group of 8, so we could not finish, we went to the clubhouse to speak to Jeff as advised and we were told Jeff was not working today and it was Jeremy that was working, he asked us if we knew how tee times worked, yes we know how tee times work and we highly doubt the tournament was scheduled after 2 o clock yesterday when we scheduled our tee times, if a tournament is scheduled for that day, ALL TEE times should be blocked off atleast the prior and following 15 minutes in my opinion, the golf cart rules advised to have your order ready, which we did and advised it would be 20 minutes to have our order ready, which would still allow us time to play out, we did receive a 61 dollar refund but this place sounds money hungry to me, even as advised by the person that stopped us, he had no explanation as to why we could not play through, after talking to Jeremy he said we could have started on 12 instead of going to hole 1 but who wants to lose 2 holes of golf especially in this economy, i run my own business and believe customers come first and SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST, especially over a college that makes more than enough money too pay all employees and extra curricular activities like golf.

Awesome round of golf and a very nice course. Well maintained, great fairways, tee boxes and the greens are pretty good also.

New ownership. Greens are awful. Customer Service No one really cares anymore. Pace of Play is at least 5 1/2 hours.
The Bridges used to be a good course. You can do much better

Nice club, need to do better at scheduling. Tee times running late and felt rushed the entire round.

We’ve golfed at this clubhouse before and always enjoyed the greens, but this visit was a very different experience. We booked multiple tee times for a birthday celebration, but partway through our round, their ranger, Jim, approached us and told us to “play faster” despite the fact that we were right on the tail of the group ahead. He then drove around on the green in front of us, almost intentionally, and when we asked what he was doing, he became argumentative. We simply didn’t want to risk hitting him while trying to “golf faster.” His “boys club” mentality came across as both rude and disrespectful.

A couple of holes later, our cart began flashing a check engine light. When I called the clubhouse, they did help get it addressed and offered to exchange carts. I declined, explaining that we were almost to the bend and would be leaving soon afterward. The employee, Jamie, abruptly hung up on me.

When we returned to the clubhouse, we expressed our frustration. We were offered gift cards, which we appreciated, and thought the matter was resolved. However, my husband later overheard Jamie speaking negatively about us to other customers while he was in the restroom.

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect we experienced during what was supposed to be a celebratory day.
