They have homes on the property that serve as perfect getting-ready spaces, and they offer full catering and floral arrangements (though we chose to work with outside vendors for these). Something to note for future couples is that the venue does have restrictions on their bar service. They are required by PA law to serve only PA-distilled spirits, so you’ll need to work with them for your bar services. While we didn’t have any issues with the selection, I wanted to share this detail so others know what to expect when planning. The real highlight of our experience was our planner, Peyton. She’s not just a day-of coordinator—she was involved with us from the very beginning, meeting with me regularly, and was always available whenever I had questions. When rain moved our ceremony indoors, Peyton handled everything seamlessly, ensuring our day was still perfect. She truly made our wedding experience unforgettable. From the gorgeous Pine Grove to the Farm, the property is stunning. I’m so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at Sanaview, and I highly recommend it for couples looking for a beautiful and supportive venue.“

“Came to visit and see where it all began for Helltown. What a great venue, amazing outdoor area with multiple places to sit, firepits, and enjoyed listening to some music outside. Bartenders were super friendly and beer was amazing of course. Highly recommend stopping by for a visit if you've never been, and if you have....stop again!!“

“We celebrated with a drive to this relaxing, peaceful venue! A gorgeous view of Pigeon Pond and we had great weather to sit outside. We hit PRIME RIB night and it was excellent! And a great price as well. A cocktail, an appetizer and because we were celebrating our anniversary, wild flowers were brought to our table~~how thoughtful. The chef surprised us with a dessert to help us celebrate as well which was so kind. The service was absolutely top notch as well. We are fortunate to have found this place and we’ll be back!“
