“This place is awesome! I went for the first time earlier this week and it was way better than I expected! I just wanted to sit a check some school emails, but the food here was too tempting. I had the Rose Garden sandwich, which is delicious with the pesto and spinach combination. I also had a double shot latte with oat milk and hazelnut flavor, which was also wonderful. I also highly approve of the chai here! I'm not a high-end coffee person but this place had tasty drinks and snacks to match. And the overall establishment had a cute charm to it, I love the bench seating by the window. Bathrooms were clean and to save best for last, the guys running the place are very sweet. For a first timer who probably took too long, the ones who made the coffee and sandwich were super nice to me. No bad energy here. Overall 10/10 on this little small business gem in the city.”

“We have driven across the country to show our amazing French Bulldogs at the national fair grounds of Allentown. Across the parking lot we were thrilled to find a fantastic farmers market. It is truly full of amazing treats of every kind and every ethnicity. We were incredibly lunch to find FOODS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN yesterday. The owners were in the middle of every part of this place. These two were cooking, talking, selling, serving and best of all for us entertaining.Their ingredients are obviously fresh and everything is prepared daily, fantastic!!!! We had a collection of salads l, they have so many to choose from. We also had moussaka and gyros. So Yummy!!! They gave something for everyone including vegan, vegetarian, halal and everything you can imagine. Also the best Turkish coffee ever. Love the place and love them.”

“8 days ago, I was recommended by a neighbor and visited mama’s famous pizza. (I’m new to the area but not pa) I ordered the cheesy bread with extra extra extra garlic and extra extra bacon. It is one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life beyond every restaurant I’ve ever gone to. In fact, I would even say it is on par with Morimoto. And it was under nine dollars. I may be lactose intolerant it’s very allergic to gluten, but this meal has finally fixed me (I take allergy meds to eat). I have been enlightened. I have found God. and she is in this pizzeria. 😂 Also my boyfriend was on their ‘wanted’ sign, which we were very tickled by.”

“I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.”

“We brought my daughter here yesterday for her 10th birthday, her favorite, breakfast for dinner. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our waitress was absolutely amazeballs. She was kind and funny and took extra care of my daughter, wishing her a happy birthday. Our food came fast and everything was delicious and reasonably priced, we wiped our plates clean. My daughter even left our waitress a thank you note on a napkin because she was so grateful for this woman’s kindness during our visit there, this was all her own idea. A little kindness goes a long way, thank you so much for making my daughter’s day! I wish I could remember our waitress’s name but this pregnancy has made my brain mush and I’ve forgotten it, I apologize, but believe that we will never forget how lovely you treated my daughter and our family.”

The place is so clean — seriously, CLEAN! I usually go to the Dunkin’ on Cedar Beach, the Boulevard, and Whitehall… and they’re always kind of gross and not clean at all.
The coffee there is just okay.
But this one? The coffee is above expectations, the staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling.
The cleanliness here is unmatched, and the view is just lovely.
I highly recommend it — it honestly deserves a 4 out of 4 rating!!”

My boyfriend’s Mom heard really good things about the store but never have been visited either, so we went today. For starters, the set-up is adorable. The cute little knickknacks they have and cool finds like edible candles, really made this store stand out!! I had no intention of buying anything. However, the employees were super friendly and described one of the Bundt cakes she had and I knew I needed to try it…. LIKE A MILLION ANGELS KISSING YOUR TASTEBUDS, that’s what these Bundt cakes tasted like (I purchased the 2nd to smallest size, small enough for a person to eat themselves, but also big enough to split in half with someone and be satisfied)!!!! The flavors I purchased were white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, confetti, and peppermint chocolate chip. The cream cheese icing is the best I’ve EVER had & the cake is so moist and fresh. This store has easily become my favorite place in a matter of a few hours and I will be a customer until the day I die. They even give you a punch card for mini Bundt cake purchased and after a certain number of Bundt cakes you get one free!! 🤩 I seriously wish I took a picture of them before my family and I scarfed them down but we all LOVED THEM!! I will never buy another birthday cake from the grocery store again, Nothing Bundt Cakes is where it’s at!!! ❤️”

After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! My friends and I threw one of our best friends a surprise birthday party and Tacos y Tequila went above and beyond. Edriana was my organizer she was so helpful especially with my 100 questions ?. Brandon is the manager he was so kind and attentive. We had two amazing servers by the name of Jose and Kayla. They were so kind and I hope to get them as servers again in the future. The food of course was amazing. They set a menu for you and your guest and everyone enjoyed everything. Their mojitos are also amazing. I definitely will use their services again.”

“I so wish that I had asked for names - but this place is phenomenal! We came in last Tuesday and Wednesday for breaks from Dorney. We were in from Virginia. Tuesday we sat at a booth up at the bar and the whole experience totally rocked. I had a family member with a gluten sensitivity and the park had little to offer, so we came to BJs. Service was great, food was fantastic, end to end just a great time. Wednesday we sat out in the dining area and had a different server, and he was incredible. Super attentive, all over everything we needed, top notch all the way - and then… Yall blessed my bourbon loving heart. I glanced across the bar and saw pretty common whisky selections. I ordered a water. It was hot anyway. But then I caught the label of a bottle of Booker’s… the price per pour was so good I asked 3 times to verify. When your bartender told me people don’t often order bourbon like that in there, my next question was “where is the closest liquor store?” Because I knew I’d get lucky. Bingo. Two bottles of Bookers on the shelf at Cedar Crest. ECBP, and a handful of other solid bottles not commonly seen in my state outside allocated drops. So bourbon fans - get you a healthy pour of Booker’s at a killer price at BJs, order the Prime Rib dip sandwich because it’s crazy good, and then go see what’s on the shelf nearby afterwards.”

I was able to get the final two 6 packs they had, but they offered to contact the distributor to see if they could get me a case as well. They told me they would get back to me either way and the following day I got the call they promised they’d make. Unfortunately the distributor was out of stock (I already have a reminder in my phone for next year), but I still appreciated the fact that they tried and also updated me. You don’t see customer service like that very often any more!”

He has more experience and knowledge of life than you can ever think possible. Bob doesn't talk to many people If you're privileged enough to get to know him. Mind-blowing what this gentleman has accomplished and what real life stories you will hear. Jamie is his daughter in-law who runs the day to day. Can't ask for a sweeter girl with a crazy sence of humor and pretty as witty. The food Is Dynamite Not an average bar. Local hangout. Yet Mr Volpe should franchise That great of an establishment.. We had 2 weeks to figure out a surprise event for a dear friend. Dominic was an excellent support from the beginning. Keep in mind how frazzled we were to figure all of this out so last minute. He helped us coordinate, figure out which room suited us best, helped pick out the food and all the while, he was cool, calm and collected and never lost his patience (we had lots of questions and went back and forth with everything). They did an exceptional job of coordinating the whole event and went above and beyond on taking care of us. If you need a location for an event, Allentown Brew Works is the place! Only in summer do they have some seating outdoor. Parking is available. And it can take 20 min or so. So if it’s cold out, we just wait in the car. Also almost no English.”

“I did enjoy the food overall. The mac and cheese could have been a little creamier, but it was still good. The yams were wonderful, the chicken was very crispy and delicious, and the greens were good as well. However, I did have two issues. First, they wanted to charge $3 for hot sauce, which is something that usually comes with chicken or fish. Second, when they asked if I wanted a small or large, I asked what the difference was. They explained that the large comes with cornbread, but the portion sizes are the same. This is the only soul food spot I’ve been to where there’s an up charge for cornbread and even for hot sauce. I will definitely return.”

“This place is awesome! I went for the first time earlier this week and it was way better than I expected! I just wanted to sit a check some school emails, but the food here was too tempting. I had the Rose Garden sandwich, which is delicious with the pesto and spinach combination. I also had a double shot latte with oat milk and hazelnut flavor, which was also wonderful. I also highly approve of the chai here! I'm not a high-end coffee person but this place had tasty drinks and snacks to match. And the overall establishment had a cute charm to it, I love the bench seating by the window. Bathrooms were clean and to save best for last, the guys running the place are very sweet. For a first timer who probably took too long, the ones who made the coffee and sandwich were super nice to me. No bad energy here. Overall 10/10 on this little small business gem in the city.”

“8 days ago, I was recommended by a neighbor and visited mama’s famous pizza. (I’m new to the area but not pa) I ordered the cheesy bread with extra extra extra garlic and extra extra bacon. It is one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life beyond every restaurant I’ve ever gone to. In fact, I would even say it is on par with Morimoto. And it was under nine dollars. I may be lactose intolerant it’s very allergic to gluten, but this meal has finally fixed me (I take allergy meds to eat). I have been enlightened. I have found God. and she is in this pizzeria. 😂 Also my boyfriend was on their ‘wanted’ sign, which we were very tickled by.”

“We stopped by two days in a row not only because of the food, but also the absolutely stellar service. If there was a place with better service within a 30 mile radius, I would be shocked. The first day we came in extremely close to closing, and because of that, there was little left of many of the dishes. The owner came out and told us if we wanted anything, they would make a fresh batch just for us. The food was delicious so we decided to come back after another day of skiing. Afterwards, they gave us complementary passion fruit juice that was insanely refreshing. Extremely affordable, extremely delicious, and absolutely exceptional service that shows the extent of the hospitality and warmth that this restaurant has.”

“This is hidden gem. I was driving by when I saw the name of the restaurant and turned around. A chimi is a type of sandwich from the Dominican Republic that not everyone knows how to make it right. I ordered the beef chimi and a avocado salad. The flavors were delicious and authentic. The service was outstanding, really warming people with a genuine smile and the desire to show you how they prepared everything from scratch and not cutting corners. They want me to try their version of their carrot cake, I don't care for sweets, but OMG this was spectacular. I will come back tomorrow Sunday because they will have cow feet soup, which is a staple for the Dominicans when the weather is cold. This is a small humble place with big heart, bould flavors and a genuine desire to serve you.”
