Beautiful restaurant. love the decor. most of all the food was phenomenal. so full of flavor! The chicken and cheese empanadas were packed and tasty! The tostones were massive! great portions as well. great drinks! The staff was so friendly and on point! Definitely check them out! will be going again! 👌
Was in town for a few days and needed a quick bite. Was blown away by food and service! ended up coming back a few times over the trip. Must tries is cobb salad and the sandwiches! Loved their take on Philly cheese! I’ll be back!
Went to Rosa Blanca with my daughter last Friday, April 18th (Good Friday) and the food was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend you try this restaurant. The staff is attentive and friendly. Everything we ordered was spot-on and truly reflects the Cuban flavor profile.

Rosa Blanca Allentown is the new Cuban Cafe and Rum bar in center city Allentown from celebrity Chef Jose Garces. The restaurant offers outstanding and amazing food that is very good, full of flavor. The service is exceptional and attentive. The empanadas, Cuban Sandwich, and vaca frita entree are all very good. They make excellent mojitos, espresso martinis, the honey bee, and piña coladas. The menu, however, does not offer many options for vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian diets. The restaurant has a beautiful Art Deco Havana vibe with a warm, lively atmosphere. The cubano is incredibly authentic, and the guava tres leches dessert is outstanding. Prices are super reasonable. This is a highly recommended restaurant that guests plan to return to.
