why? cuz manager kept giving our order to drive thru patrons???
then proceeds to curse at us? excuse me we have been waiting patiently only one can be so patient so yes we said we have been waiting.
manager has no clue on customer service!! the cashier was more pleasant and apologetic.
someone needs proper training stat!!
BEWARE!!! Raw Food! On Monday night, October 8th right after my 7 year old son's karate class we went to your location store # 24476 and purchased the Family Meal with three whoppers, three cheeseburgers and three fries for $12.99. Once we arrived home and began to eat my son started complaining about his burger being soggy so I mentioned that he should just remove the parts of the bun that were soggy. Me and my husband ware here today!!! I went in after my husband came out and we had to take turns and we had to watch our dog in the car and we had the windows down!! I went in the staff was really mad and piss off and trying to there job and than the manager comes out yells and saying she is going to fire everyone and really mad!!!
