I love the crispy chicken burger.
Stop to pick up lunch all the front line staff were very friendly!
I stopped by the KFC in Allentown J137002 on my way home from work. I did not get a receipt. I charged it on my debit card. It was approximately 3:30pm on 5/21/2026. I ordered 2 separate orders. KFC, located 30 minutes away, offers delicious food that surpasses local competitors. Customers appreciate the fast service and convenient touch-screen ordering kiosks, despite occasional issues with chicken availability. The building is well-maintained and very clean, with clean bathrooms as well. Friendly employees contribute to a positive dining experience, and many customers have noted that the food is fresh, hot, and juicy. Some reviews mention that regular menu items can be overpriced, but the deal menu is considered very economical. There are some inconsistencies in service due to frequent staffing changes, but overall, customers enjoy their meals and find the restaurant to be a good choice.
