Me and my husband ware here today!!! I went in after my husband came out and we had to take turns and we had to watch our dog in the car and we had the windows down!! I went in the staff was really mad and piss off and trying to there job and than the manager comes out yells and saying she is going to fire everyone and really mad!!! For one that is very unpleasant and very unprofessional and not good management at all and she should not be a manager and than I go out to my husband...read full review
The staff was very nice, patient, and accommodating. Literally not a single complaint on that end. However, the food, while hot, tasted like it had been sitting under or in a warmer for far too long. My burger looked shrunken and tasted very dry. I even found a large black fleck on the wrapper while eating it. BKs breaded fries were my favorite before they changed them to regular fries, but thats just a personal preference. What's not a personal preference is getting random fries...read full review
Watched the person assembling the burgers fighting to unroll the burgers, should have cancelled order right there. Can't seem to get a fresh one AnyWhere. Super dry . Like when you spray a bug and it curls up and dies. The new nuggets were also not fresh made, even though I asked for them to be. They have a fish like texture, better than they were but nothing special, the honey mustard was tasty. Seem to be a cross between mcds and Wendy's, so they can say they didn't copy either....read full review
