I want to give Nicole a huge shout-out. Every time I come into this Dunkin’ when she’s working, the store is clean, fully stocked, and running smoothly. She is always so friendly and welcoming.
I’ve been coming here since I started working at ADP, and Nicole not only remembers me, but asks about my baby, my wedding, and my life. That personal touch truly makes such a difference, especially in a busy city location.
There is a noticeable difference when she’s not there. At times the store has been messy, items aren’t stocked, orders are wrong, and staff can seem unprofessional. This is a high-volume Dunkin’ that serves many ADP customers, so strong leadership really matters.
Nicole is honestly the reason I continue coming to this location. I truly hope management recognizes the value she brings. She sets the standard.

Dunkin’ on Hamilton Street has great service! The staff are always nice and make the experience quick and pleasant. Definitely a reliable spot for your coffee or snack run.

Went there this morning with my boyfriend. He got the snacking bacon, hard, burnt and black. I got the croissant sandwich. It was so burnt I couldn't even bite into it. So much money wasted. I will NEVER step foot in that place. There's too many other coffee and donut places in the area.

Very unprofessional terrible customer service very nasty staff.! It’s a lady that works there and I believe her son works there too. They are disgusting. He came from outside and put his hoodie by the drink station emptied his outside cup, scooped his whole cup in the ice bin without using the scoop. When I told her she actually got mad that I said it because she made a face. They leave food on the counter by food station, like cheese out rarely changing gloves after doing different task. It’s another young man that’s always there making jokes with the workers who I think is related to the lady with the son that looks like she never brushed her teeth all her life. He makes jokes with the staff while customers are in the store and they be cursing and yelling. I couldn’t believe I went back a 2nd time. Never going back there I’ll drive to another one. The young girl with glasses I believe to be Hispanic needs more training her customer service sucks.
I usually don't leave reviews like this, but they really need to fire that kid with the long hair and beard. This guy is so incompetent. I went there around 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 18th, and there was a group of 3 in front of me getting drinks. He was on the phone talking while taking their order, and as he made their order, he was ridiculously slow, still on the phone texting. Then he finally finished and started taking my order. He was still on the phone as I ordered a $6 meal on a bagel and a separate bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. He made both of them on a croissant. That's not the first time he has messed my order up. A time before this, during the morning rush, I ordered a hot coffee drink. He put it in as cold. I gave it back and told them I ordered it hot. All the workers, obviously already frustrated because it was busy, gave him a look, and one worker told him he has to pay attention to what he puts in.
Never get what u want ice coffe never taste same if they messed up they worker are there physically but not mentally need put new people willing to work
The worst Dunkin I’ve had in a while was from here. And that’s saying something because Dunkin has been hit or miss recently.

Lost a customer today. I was the only one in the store and they served me a BURNT croissant. Like, how do u not see that? The workers don't care and that's why they're 3/5 stars. They serve burnt food, don't follow simple instructions AND their phone doesn't work so you can't even tell them. But they'll stay in business bc it's convenient and on a main street.

Lady got my order wrong TWICE. The first time, she tries to hand me a HOT drink (I ordered an iced drink). Then she asks me what I actually ordered. I told her that I placed a mobile order for a medium iced dunkalatte. She then asks if I want oat or whole milk. Odd question, considering that a dunkalatte has coffee milk and none of the milks she listed to me. I answer whole milk anyway. I then watch her as she proceeds to make something completely different to what I ordered. She hands me my drink. She gave me a watery iced coffee WITH oat milk. I am allergic to oat milk. I ordered an iced dunkalatte, which includes coffee milk, espresso, & syrup. The drink she handed me had none of those things, just watered down coffee and oat milk. I wasn’t given the “wrong” drink either because my name and my order was on the ticket on the cup. I wasted 20 minutes and $5 just to have ringing ears and a puffy mouth. I understand getting orders messed up, but how do you hand me a watered down coffee with a splash of milk when I ordered a latte? Two completely different things. I would’ve let it slide, had there not been oat milk in there because I have an extreme intolerance to oat milk.

The girl at the register was really sweet, but the bacon in my loaded hash browns was damn near raw. I don’t know if that’s how it’s normally supposed to be made , but I had to put it in the air fryer when I got home becausw it’s damn near pink and translucent. You can see the difference between the snackin bacon & what was in the bowl. This is a common issue I’ve noticed at varying dunkin around here, I don’t know why that is., but please make sure you’re cooking the bacon. People can get sick.
