So I notice today that one of your workers, wearing gloves and handling food…. Doesn’t sound problematic right? Because she decided to sag her pants every time she stretched she had to adjust her shirt so her undergarments would not show ( It didn’t help) but what did she adjust her shirt with? The gloved hand. Also she worked on multiple people and not once was the gloves changed. Now that may not be a huge deal, but when. The gloves that handle food are also handling her clothes i becomes a problem. Food is good other wise

Place is supposed to open at 5am. They consistently don't open till 550am. I lose my money because the app says open but when I go to pick up they are not, terrible service.

It’s always chaotic and a struggle to get your order. Staff lack training and the layout of the small store is bad given the popularity of mobile orders. None of these problems are unsolvable but they remain unsolved

Old crew was the best. Good workers quit for better paying jobs as owner is cheap. When they reopened the first 50 or 100 the paper said we'd get free coffee for the whole year which turned out to be a lie. I emailed about etc etc and owner hasn't kept that word.

Customer service attendant clean the floor with a dirty mop then proceeded to wipe the counter with a dirty rag /. Without washing her hand ? went in to serve me a large latte I then pointed out the importance off hands washing in serving foods and drinks the lady got upset and rambled in Spanish to the cashier on 5/31 at 8am in the morning the cashier her self look dirty not going back for no coffee in that location dirty business operation

my macchiato was just water with a flavor shot in it, avocado toast was cold, and waited an abnormally long time for rude service, and employees undermining each other.
