A bit overpriced for a "food court", but it helps that the sushi was made fresh to order. I had the shrek roll and it was both delicious and filling. The service was good. And there were plenty of places to sit! I liked the menu because there were a lot of options. I would definitely go again to try other sushi items! Based on Allentown market's instagram, I expect A LOT more options to choose from. But this was a good choice!
Located at The Market in downtown Allentown. Decent menu size of bowls, salads and rolls. Special rolls are a little pricey but good. Bikini Bottom's sauce is a bit sweet. The Honmono Dagen roll is customizable, almost like a wrap.

Every single time the salad is perfect! Everything is always cold and crispy. The ginger dressing is zesty and makes you want another bite. The sushi is fantastic! ? When I think of sushi, I think of two places,but Honmono is my number one!
