Froyo? More like froNO. My friends and I came to Menchies post birthday dinner. All I can say is that we were disappointed. The lack of flavors was upsetting. Who doesnt have chocolate?! My one friend did not want froyo, and asked for an acai bowl instead. No size options were offered and the attendant comes back with an EIGHTEEN DOLLAR tub of base. The whole atmosphere was just dirty. The environment felt unsanitary and unkept. Topping everywhere, froyo dripping on the floor, the hot fudge machine was so rusted it shot the fudge out the top instead of the spout. Safe to say we should have had dessert at our dinner location….

Menchie’s is great. They have rotating flavors, and plenty of toppings with a variety of sauces. The staff has gotten increasingly friendlier too. A few machines (about 4) with no froyo the last few times I went though.

Employees are fantastic & the environment is amazing. Not complaining about the price since it’s amazing, healthier and have great flavors. I went with coconut with strawberries and pineapple. Try it !! Very delicious

This is a favorite spot of our when in the Allentown area meeting friends. They have good froyo flavors and lots of toppings choices. Not all machines have flavors, though,

Menchie's is probably my families favorite dessert destination in LHV. A recent experience with the establishment has increased our love even more. My wallet went missing over a week ago after going to multiple locations one evening, including Menchie's. Although it was nerve racking to replace my drivers license, CC's, etc, what was most painful was that my wallet was a gift from my father in law who passed away a few years back. Fast forward to yesterday evening when we get a knock at the door. To my surprise there stands the owner of Menchie's, Jeff, with my wallet (money, cc's included) in his hand. I was speechless, and could only think to give him a hug for the awesome act of kindness. I tried to offer money for the inconvenience, but Jeff refused and simply thanked us for our patronage at his business. Menchie's has a customer for life!

My friends and I have always loved this menchies, but recently we have been extremely disappointed in the service and products that we have received. Today, there was a hair in a topping, which went into my cup. The employee then continued to stare at us and didn’t offer any solutions. We arrived at 8:30 and they started shutting down, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. My one flavor also tasted like cleaning supplies. The popular flavors such as cake batter, have been unavailable for the past three times we have visited.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy frozen yogurt and toppings; And that's kind of the same thing.

Plenty of flavors and options for every sweet tooth. Yogurt soft serve was great and tons of toppings!

Was in town for a work event and randomly decided I wanted frozen yogurt lol but I didn’t regret it! The environment is very eccentric, funky and colorful.You can try samples to see what flavors you like and the employee working there was very kind and helpful. They also have a kids area for birthday parties and they make cakes (made of yogurt) that you can buy.

Overall, a good experience and I wish I had one closer to me😩 ps: lots of good spots in the plaza to check out!

Came on a Saturday 4:30pm and there was like 3 flavors, none I liked. Staff was cleaning up, making it awkward and a not very pleasant experience.

Well tickle me timbers! I went into Menchie's expecting to have a good time. However, I walked out having a stupendous time. The service and food was straight up "bussin" on God on God no cap, for real. I was welcomed into the Menchie community with open arms and even sweeter yogurt. I will tell you this, listen to these words right now: I didn't like it - I loved it. I can not wait to stop in again!
