The best French pastries you can find! The place would do great with a couple tables or high top tables for standing and to offer coffee. As is, you grab your pastries and leave.

The best croissant I have had in America! Definitely made my wife and I reminiscent of our time in France and Quebec. The owner was super nice and the bakery was very cute. Highly recommend!

This is the real deal! Nice to have a patisserie in Allentown now. Tried the Madeleines, the Almond Chocolate Croissant, and the chocolate chip cookie. Definitely coming back.

Excellent French bakery! Between the 3 of us we had the following: ham and Swiss croissant ( excellent- not over done- had mustard inside which was really delicious), tomato pesto tart(very flaky and a wonderful combination between the pesto and buttery tart), pistachio and raspberry? Croissant ( excellent! Plenty of filling amazing flavor), chocolate chip cookie( huge cookie, cooked perfectly and still soft). Overall an excellent experience. All items were made fresh that morning. Note - they don't serve coffee yet. The owner is thinking of adding it soon. Must visit!

The only downside to this place is that if you don’t go early, you might miss out. they sell out fast, and for good reason! The pistachio croissant is absolutely amazing, and the staff are always friendly and kind. Definitely worth the visit!

The food is so fresh and delicious! It really has a europe feel and its so authentic tasting and the customer service was so, so good. Defintely coming back, the croissants were 10/10

Very high quality, fresh, and delicious baked goods that are just as good as French bakeries in NYC and Philly, if not better. They valley is turning out some great bakeries. I've tried a few items from here - chocolate croissant, chocolate almond croissant, vanilla madeleine, strawberry vanilla custard danish, and pistachio berry croissant. The quality, texture, and taste was on point. The croissants have beautiful layers and the choc almond croissant was especially good. The only improvement I can humbly suggest is having more chocolate in the chocolate croissant. Two stripes of chocolate instead of one so that the chocolate flavor comes through more.
I'll definitely be going back for more.

I’ve only had the chocolate croissant so far but it is by far one of the best croissants I’ve had. Flaky but chewy but also crunchy, it has it all. I’m excited to try it out in the weekend when I’ve heard she has some savory croissants.
Definitely check the hours online before going as they are closed a few days during the week!

Sophistique has been such a wonderful addition to our community. Chef Sophie puts so much care into her delicious creations. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Sophistique. She uses quality ingredients and has very high standards for the items she serves. She and her staff are also very friendly and kind. We love treating ourselves and our friends and family to Sophistique’s many delectable goodies.

This is my first ever visit to the bakery, and I’m happy to say it won’t be my last. These are probably the best baked goods I’ve ever had. You can tell chef Sophie bakes with a lot of passion and uses very quality ingredients. The location is great it’s right near to my apartment building’s parking deck and it’s in a very walkable area. The price point is right on par with quality and size of the pastries. Chef Sophie herself is very nice and personable. I definitely can’t wait to return
