Overall amazing food and experience! First time we have gone and it certainly won’t be the last. Dinner with a group of 9, service was amazing from start to finish, food was amazing, the strawberry pie dessert is unreal! Everyone ate so much and still had left overs to take home, well done to the entire staff! If your thinking about going to the Fairgrounds Hotel for dinner stop thinking, make a reservation and GO!
We went Saturday for the first time and won't be back..The French onion Sea has soup was so salty,we couldn't eat it..We were the first ones there and waited over a hour for our food.The stuff flounder was dry, and the surf an turf had no flavor, cheddar mashed potatoes had no taste,and vegetables were hard..We did see the three 4oz lobster flight tails, nothing like the pictures 3 tails for 60 bucks is crazy
We have been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks! Lobster Trio is my favorite! My wife loves the haddock and the strawberry pie is out of this world. The wait staff is exceptional and very accommodating as witnessed today for a couple that didn't have reservations and drove a hour to get there, they were offered a table outside that was available and they jumped at the opportunity! Best seafood around 😋
