As a student at Beattie I have a lot of fun and create great relationships with people that inspire me to do better!
I attended Beattie for 3 years in the Health and Nursing Sciences program. I absolutely loved every second of it! Mr. Moran and Mrs. Dietz are the best teachers I have ever had and grew me into the medical professional I am today! I made so many friends that will last my whole lifetime and got involved in the surrounding communities! I learned about good communication and grew to be a great leader!
We went for Friday lunch -- our first time there, and it was a fish-fry day too. Arrived about 12:30 (the signs on the tables say they open at 11 for fish fry). The line was out the door and down the stairs, but it took just 20 mins or so until we were seated and eating. Well worth the wait! The best fish we've had so far this Lent, plus you get a lot of food for the Entree price. The sides we chose with our fish sandwiches were stewed tomatoes, fresh-made potato chips, and mac & cheese. All were VERY good - just a little bit 'elevated' from what we've been eating! The fresh tartar sauce was delicious! With the entree you get a beverage (soda fountain drinks, iced tea, coffee/tea), plus a dessert.Eat-in or Take-out, all in the same line. Bakery items for sale also (very reasonable prices). Credit cards accepted. The line of customers was gone by about 1pm. Doors closed promptly at 1:30, but there were still lots of folks eating in the dining room at that time.
Recommended dishes: Fried or Baked, Fresh-Cut Chips, Stewed Tomatoes
Went there at 11:45 door was locked sign said go to main entrance man said dining room was closed but I was directed to door that was locked student said around the back got in and the room was crowded everyone was sitting there with numbers the girl said that everything was buffet when I looked at the buffet it was terrible to say the least, all the food looked as if was left overs from two days ago and was picked over. We left without food.

Great place to eat lots of delicious comfort food at a reasonable price. The students do a great job of cooking and hosting. There are several options to each course: soup, salad, entrees and desserts.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I'm glad Beattie has this kind of set up, where the kids can get experience serving real people. It's only open during the school year though, so get there while you can!
Great place to prepare for your future. You will find fun, down-to-earth, committed instructors and staff with students focussed on gaining relevant skills for their futures!
Beattie is unlike any other school in the best ways. Beattie teaches the most important things we could learn, trade jobs. I go to beattie and I can honestly say that this school has given me the best opportunities and resources to make a successful career. The teachers are very supportive, welcoming, and help with everything and anything we need. They prepared me for my dream job to the full extent, I can’t thank beattie for existing enough!
Beattie has a lot of great programs that will prepare you for your future. Any student that graduates from Beattie in whatever program they were in they will automatically get the job that they want in there career field. I would definitely recommend Beattie for anyone in high school.
