Staff is super friendly, the store is super clean, portions are huge and the value is great. I can't recommend Pittsburgh Potholes enough, it's so tasty! The only downside of Scoops in Bloomfield is that there's limited indoor seating - it gets crowded easily so keep this in mind if you plan to dine in during peak times.“

And John the owner/manager heard that and just wanted to pay it forward to me for Thanksgiving and offered me one of their small cakes for free. That was so beyond genuine of him. A custom cake can be done with no hassle and always looks and tastes great, but really, one of the things that stands out for me is that they don't ask for a tip, even though it may be well deserved. I assume they are paid well for their positions and I appreciate that from the owners. Because everywhere you go you are forced into tipping. I spend a lot here and have no problem with that.I just appreciate no tipping.“

They have many different types of ice cream and they always give you way more ice cream then you pay for. The service is great and they are very patient when you are picking your flavor and toppings.
