Sign on door says open till 10pm. I showed up at 8:15 pm and the doors are locked. This Arby's is brand new (just built). I think they might want to look into a new manager...

We order lunch at this location quite often and we're 90% satisfied for the last 3 years. Some days are a little off. I'm a big fan of the market fresh honey mustard chicken wrap, and the jalapeño poppers are the bomb. I do wish there was an option to have burgers cooked well done though. The classic roast beef has a lot less beef than it used to. It's a typical eat-in experience, so we usually order through mobile for pickup and that works fine.

We got very good service and food during our visit in early June 2024. The curly fries were not fresh and were less appealing than they are when hot and fresh. There were sandwich specials and coupons were offered on their dine-in tray liner, so there’s more value when we return the next time.
The store and restrooms were very clean and in good condition. I would recommend stopping here. You can almost always get a bargain with the variety of specials they have going on.
They got the order wrong, didnt pack one of the sandwiches, but when I showed them, they resolved the issue

the food is great (but what Arby’s isn’t?!) however the attitude of the employees (especially at the drive through) is absolutely appalling. i’ve been to this Arby’s 3 times since i moved here, and all 3 times i was belittled for asking questions, sighed at, snapped at, and much more. i feel like an idiot for asking questions about the menu. (questions they don’t even know the answer to, may i add.) i will not be going back. they treat their customers like an annoying burden they don’t want to deal with. if you’re craving Arby’s and don’t mind the drive, i highly recommend the one in Huntingdon PA. they are much more kind and appropriately behaved to their customers. 2/5 stars only because the food is good. 0/5 stars if we are basing on attitude only
