I'd like to give this place a 4.5 ⭐Service was great. I can't recall the waiter's name but he was great! I've had some great steaks and some just ok steaks, but the food on average has been pretty good. The brussel sprouts are amazing.
Went for my birthday. Steak both my husband's porterhouse & my filet were well done...we ordered medium...NO pink! We were seated by restrooms, unnecessary & next to table with six children. Felt like I was dining with my grandchildren. Little disappointing.

Ordered the 6 oz Flo's filet, medium rare. Expected a nice, thick steak, not too big, but just enough to satisfy for lunch. When the steak arrived, it was 1/2-inch thick sirloin and was medium well. Spoke with the manager, who assured me that it was a filet, but was a thinner cut so it could be cooked quickly; the thicker cut would've taken longer to cook. I've never experienced this before.
