“This was our 3rd time ordering from Fred's. We got a cheese steak, cheese pizza and cinnamon bites. Everything tasted great and was hot when delivered. We'll be ordering from here more often!“

“Stopped in tonight for the first time and it was amazing, wings were the best I ever had, nice and crispy and not dried out. Pizza was good but sauce could of been sweeter , but that is just the way I like it. It was cooked nice and crispy and thin. Good, waitress was amazing, she was an elderly women but overly nice, she gave his a menu to take home but we forgot it and chased us down it parking lot to give it to us. Will definitely be back. To the staff member wearing a pink hat, your position is to assist with customer service. Please don’t make it so obvious that you are annoyed with people who sit down and need a table cleared. Throw your rag down at home and not in disgust at paying customers. Hope your attitude improves“

“The waitress we had was not very good. She spoke to us like we were children and I didn't appreciate that! I wasn't happy with her service either. It seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for napkins.
Everything else was good, the food was excellent the hostess that seated us was very nice.“

“I frequent this bar for punk shows, at first glance you may think this place is an unsafe, dirty, dingy bar but when you get into it you'll find a welcoming community. I've spoken with rich, the owner, and he said that he tries to make this a safe place for everyone and wants to make sure women feel safe to be here. I've gone to other bars in the area that look clean and fancy and felt uneasy with the people (like they wanted to start an issue), but here you'll find geniune people who care about eachother. The food is also pretty damn good. Definetly worth coming to if you see a local show or event happening.“

“Overall, a great Altoona bar for mixed drinks, shots and bar food - clean bar top and attentive bartenders. If you don’t smoke this is not the bar for you. There’s a bar, the next door over that’s owned by the same owners that’s a great non-smoking option (Zach’s). Regardless of which, if a PA team is playing they’re showing it on several television angles within the bar. There’s an ATM, cash only cigarette machine, and several lottery machines at your disposal.“

“Local "Dive Bar". Decent food. Most bartenders are great. The atmosphere depends on the day. Located near PSU Altoona campus so the students do frequent some nights. Most of the time, it's relatively chill, but there are some nights where there are nights and people getting rowdy. Usually on Karaoke nights from what I've picked up. They have trivia and bingo during the week, which I'd do again. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly room for improvement.“

“I've been coming here on and off since opening experienced a few things but always came back. tonight our waitress was probably the best one we've had there. Ann Marie! she deserves recognition. checked on us, very pleasant and doesn't rush and takes her time with you. We hope we get her again! In the past service was always lacking. Not tonight!“

Was a little upsetting when the last time I went there on a Friday and we were supposed to have 5 people in our party and they offered us a high boy where one person has to stand at the end. Or the small room right inside the door that was freezing cold.“
