I definitely recommend ANDY'S for the food and also due to the fact that it is owned by great people. The wings are delicious and I particularly enjoyed the honey mustard and sweet heat ones. A+

The best neighborhood bar in Altoona! Not only do they have the coldest Bud Light drafts in town but they also have the best wings!! Great place to hang out & watch sports!!
